Went to Arby's in burien today the drive thru cashier was rude the food was cold not a good visit at all. They need people that understand English and have at least some respect for paying customer's . I my self will not go back again. Management needs to train there much better. I would give them a rating on a scale of 1 to 10 a minus 10 . Thanks
Have been disappointed by almost every fast food place in burien so far. I actually only went to this Arby’s because the Wendy’s had a huge line.Everyone was very polite and I got good quality food. I would recommend this place. I went before noon, not sure if that matters.
Tried eating here today, but they were closed. I have never witnessed a fast food place being closed ever, sometimes they are open even during construction. Had a coupon for classic roast beef sandwich, I look at the menu and it's an everyday deal, 2 for $6, so what the hell is the point of the coupon. I had good memories of Arby's as a kid, but now it just seems sloppy, won't bother going to his location again.
location is a distraction. No easy place to pull off and eat. Need to exit straight out into heavy traffic. Located in a dirty run down strip mall . The cashier was friendly even while explaining there was no horseradish sauce for the roast beef sandwich
Stopped by for the 2 for 6 Arby's roast beef. Good portions of meat. Out of arby horseradish ?
new employee accidentally switched our orders so the manager gave us our food and changed all of our smalls to larges and threw in a free pastry. :)
Sadly, this is the most unreliable fastfood in all of Seattle. Most days it's just closed.If not closed, only drive through. Slow service and poor service.
Love getting a Turkey Reuben, hold the thousand island and add extra brown mustard! Just like in NY, yum!
The only real reason we go there, is for the couponed Gyro sandwiches. They are too expensive otherwise, but they are very good. We wait for the flyer to come out and we get the 2 for 6-dollar gyros. We don't honestly care for any other product they carry.
Love love love Arby's. Surprisingly fast service in drive through, and they always get my order correct. Def recommend.
