Ordered a pizza online to be delivered. We put the order in at about 1 in the afternoon asking it to be delivered to the Silverdale hospital, we gave them our number to call when they got there. About 45 min later we called asked for an ETA and they said about 10 min. They never showed up and never answered our called again. The charge is still pending on our card so hopefully it drops off and we don’t get charged. We never got a call as to why it wasn’t delivered. But I do know I’ll never order from them again.
We are new here and created a poll among military families in order to find the best pizza in Kitsap county. Westside was the first place winner in the poll, so we gave it a shot.The crust was that perfect balance of soft and crispy, and it had actual flavor...not just plain dough. The pizzas were layered with tons of toppings. We ordered Death by Pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch.Other notes:The staff were friendly.The environment was clean.Service was timely.
I ordered a "Westside Pizza" large for pickup, on New Years Eve, (Order #40-), When I got home and opened up the aluminum foil the boneless chicken wings were in, I found they were all burnt, nad and had no flavor. The lare pizza, had almost no olives or suasage toppings on it, and it was also burnt on the edges, and in one area, the tomator sauce didn't eve come within an inch and a half of the end of the crust.
looks very messy on the inside, but the lady working in the front was very sweet and offered me free soda while we waited!! she even gave us a 10% discount on our food after my mom commented on it being a little expensive,, which, was really nice of her !!
I can't lie, I'm pretty shocked. This is horrible and inedible. How did this make it past any kind of a manager? Would you serve this? It's burned and stinks. Thanks
I admitt that from the outside it looks sketchy BUT I have always had great tasting pizza from this place. It's always worth it!
The food here has surpass a regular pizza, from the flavor to the size and the topping... makes for a delicious combo. You can cancel your pizza membership any where else and just make Westside Pizza your permanent pizza place. After trying one bite you will not emphasize on the WILL NOT want to go anywhere else. Great Customer Service make you feel at home and answers any questions you may have. The best decision I made was turning into the parking lot and giving them a try for the first time and the review explains the rest.
Better than big chains. VERY Skimpy on 1 item/mushrooms on half. I won't eat again, but for family I cannot open minds to anything else - topping wise, they can have it. Great phone rep, and delivery timing as promised...5 stars.
