Placed an order using the Web page. I picked the Bucklen hill store. I get to the store they have no order for me. Go home look at the small print at the bottom and the store was Kitsap way. Go to the store now 30 min past when I order my food. No record at that store. Was told I could go home and try for a refund. Tried to call the store number it was a fax or modem. $50.00 order and 20 miles of driving later. I have nothing but a loss of $50.00 to show for it.
Food was good. Normal for taco bell.But this particular restaurant is the slowest taco bell I think I've ever been to.We're talking 30 minutes per order for dine in eating. That's the average over the last two trips. There won't be a third trip.It wasn't very busy either. Just a handful of people sitting and waiting for their orders. Felt bad for the few delivery drivers who had to wait also.
I've been stuck in This drive through for 28 minutes. It's not that busy. They aren't handing out that much food. They are just terribly slow.Don't come here if you need food fast.28 minutes. I'm not even up to the window to pay yet.
Makes you wonder what kind of mouth breathers are drooling on your food when you come here…this is literally the last time I’ll be at this s*** show of a fast food joint… stop smoking, start working. Use your god given gift, in your cranium..I don’t even know if they understand that last portion.. its they bad. Save your time & money.You also don’t want to risk the chance of tripping on a needle when going up to the lobby, & falling on a pack of Newport cigarettes.
Arrival time approx 7pm- Would give zero stars if able to. Extremely long wait time. Total time 41 minutes. Went through the drive through and wasn't able to fill order for all family members. Needed 5 orders of nacho fries but was told there was a max limit of 2. We ended up going inside to get 3 order of fries which took 30 minutes for them to fill. Noticed 3 employees on break outside smoking during this time. Bathrooms were below standards. No soap in the woman's bathroom so it's unclear how the employees are washing thier hands. Definitely disappointed!
Every time we come to this location it takes forever to get the food— in the drive through 20-40 min…. And every time at least one item has been incorrect I suggest avoiding this location.Edited to add: I think they need more employees. They are always slammed and definitely need more help!
This is the third time in a row that there has been an issue ordering food from this location I just paid almost $20 for three burritos apparently because they do not know how to either pack an order or give out the right ones. And when I explained that my order was all wrong they tried to tell me that it was my order and they had a line of people to get too.!!! And what’s really sad is both this Taco Bell and the one on Wheaton way are just as horrible ?
great place to eat, good quality food (for a taco bell), they never reduce how much food you get in your wrap, instead mine almost never closes its soo full! only downside.. try to avoid standard dinner times... as once the line is 4 -5 cars deep, you will be waiting for a while...( just put in a mobile order though and it goes so much faster!!!)
I prefer this location, and I'm surprised at the reviews. We have never had a single issue at this location, and we frequent here quite a bit. It's always been consistent, friendly service, accurate orders, quick, and food is hot.
As a delivery driver I can say with absolute certainty that this is not only the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to or done business with, but probably the worst dining establishment in kitsap county. As a delivery partner they are supposed to leave the lobby open so that we can bypass the drive in line as orders are placed well in advance of us arriving… you never know whether they are going to have the lobby open or not, and even if it is, I don’t think they’ve ever had the food ready on time. I come here almost every day multiple times a day. Not once. They even threw me out of the lobby today despite the food I am coming to pick up sitting in a rack behind the counter. Had me sit in the drive thru line for literally an hour just to be rude. This place is beyond a management change. I’ve dealt with probably every restaurant in kitsap, these guys are on their own level.
