Void was my server, he was alone working the counter. He greeter every single customer that walked through the door! He was fast and so pleasant to all the customers waiting. Plus he made a great sandwich! That was my first time visiting this store and because of Void, I definitely will return! GREAT job Void!

I always love this place for breakfast or lunch or dinner it's fresh veggies and in my book it's a good way to stay healthy

Y'all's employee, male, tall, long brown hair. That's working today really thought and voiced IT IS appropriate to ignore and not acknowledge a customer for over 10 minutes. Used the excuse of being short staffed as a justifiable answer to not even greet, let alone take an order. Highly recommend their employees learn proper customer service and not argue with customers on what proper service is. Especially given they think that wasting peoples time and giving them attitude is appropriate. Do better.

If I hadn't already stood in line I would've not ordered my sandwich because the topping I wanted were frozen and I felt kinda uncomfortable the girl didn't wash her hands after the other sandwiches she made previously because they were covered in jalapenos and oil.. normally I have a great Subway experience it just really depends what location and who's working.

My husband enjoyed his order, but I needed a plastic knife to cut up my veggies in the salad. And before I ordered, there was a frantic young man wanting a bowl for his dog to drink water out of. He claimed his dog was having a seizure. It looked like he would have paid for it, but the server said $3.00. He was offered a water cup which is small. I should have been a better Samaritan, and paid for the bowl, but, his behavior caught me by surprise, and there were other customers in line.

Staff was polite and energetic! Even though they were tidying up, they stopped to help me and my daughter make sandwiches, with ZERO ATTITUDE about having to redirect. They both were fun, helpful, enjoyable, and respectful throughout the whole experience.These 2 ladies are amazing!Monday 9/6 around 9pm

Witnessed the employee Alice being very rude and impatient with an elderly customer who was ahead of me in line. She literally threw this poor person's receipt at them. She was being rude to the other employee as well and then was impatient with my husband when he checked out. We were floored and will not be back to this location. I feel bad for the other employee working there alone with a manager with that attitude, she was shoving sandwiches around and acting like work was an imposition. Not at all impressed.
