I had one of their new beef sandwiches and was impressed.
I ordered on line. They were very busy, so I waited a little, but the staff was very nice and friendly and efficient. Great job under pressure.
We were there at lunch but only 3 people ahead of us and a couple behind. Good subs and service.

The employees were super nice and the service was excellent and fast, quality of the food was extremely fresh. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who is looking for a great place to eat!!
I wasn’t going to say much except that the employees here are extremely patient and polite, but then another review caught my eye, about a sandwich being made incorrectly and the employee telling them “to hop over the counter and make it themselves”That review is very misleading, I was in the store while the gentleman was talking to the customer, what happened is they sent their coworker in to grab a bite to eat for them, and didn’t provide a proper list, so when making a BLT the employee didn’t add tomatoes as they weren’t told tomatoes. He tried to explain to the customer that they do not add anything to the sandwich that they are not specifically told to put on there, which is understandable, I mean the slogan is literally “make it your way”.The employee was being extremely respectful while the customer went on to curse, make a scene, questioning his competence and basically call this poor employee stupid. At the end the employee told him “next time, I would suggest coming down to the store yourself so you can make sure your order is correct”. In no way was the employee telling him to hop over the counter and make it himself..So all I have to say to that review, is please do not twist the story to make yourself seem like a victim, its unfair and cruel, most of these employees are great, this subway has become my go to stop after work, they’re polite, friendly and efficient.
I complained to Subway corporate about Nessa, the store manager driving off 3 employees and scaring the current employees into not doing things like giving customers bread that they want for their sandwiches. (When your business is sandwiches, I dont care what the stupid reason was for me not to get the bread I wanted when there was fresh loaf's) I thought i would give this store another shot after i heard back from corporate, but Nessa was there and belittling employees in front of customers. Subway corporate obviously doesnt care and I dont have contact info for "Brenda" (Im guessing she doesnt care either.) Guess Ill find another subway to eat at.
The amount of toppings in the wraps has shrunk so much that you mostly just have a mouthful of tortilla. Even when I ask for more lettuce and tomato, they are still smaller than before. If you have a large tortilla, you need to fill it to have the proper ratio. If you use less filling you need a smaller tortilla. Why can't they figure this out?
the place closes at 10 im not no negative person but the girl with the pinkish purplish hair was so rude i get there at 9:25 and ask for 4 footlongs anr she proceeds to answer me with a i close at 10 like yes miss maam vut you still have half an hr and then she throws the bread with such attitutude while maning them my first and last time wher gling to this place
