The guy that usually makes my online order ALWAYS double checks that he has anything when I come to pick it up without my asking and is so nice (really wish I knew his name) and whoever did my order yesterday put a smiley face on the receipt besides making amazing sandwiches and it honestly just made my day and that’s the only subway I will go to now in the area
They need more staff. They have a lobby full of people and hardly greet you. They are more concerned with online orders than actual guests. Customer service is no longer a thing. Hope they can improve this and find a way to not ignore actual guests.Theu are nice and fast once you are ordering. I think they just need more staff.
Went in to get dinner and was greeted by Steven he has great customer service and was helpful in making a decision.Will be coming back and the sub was just what I needed.

If I could I would not give it ANY stars. I made an online order for pick up. I live in another town from where I ordered and when I got home my order was wrong and smushed. I called the subway to see if I could be refunded the money and take it to another establishment closer to home for them to have it as recorded loss and they argued with me saying they made the order exactly as ordered when I clearly have the sandwiches. I explained to them what was wrong and the employee was saying I was wrong when asked to speak with supervisor was told NO! I will never go back. Terrible customer service.
Online ordering is worse for this subway than coming in and ordering.I waited 30 minutes after getting to the store.And the totally messed up my order.This isn’t the first time.
