Everything had frost bite. I can see it clear as day. Their fridge where they keep their soda and bottled water was broken and everything in their was hot. Click on my picture, the pickles are nasty. Tryst me. That's not the only thing that had frost bite and taste like shi**. I eat subway a lot but This place sucks...... sorry I didn't know my picture came out that way. That's weird how it came out.
The food tasted fresh, and the presentation was good in the cooler. The young lady that helped us seemed out of dress code. Her hair was down along her face, and her midriff was showing with not apron on. Now, the young lady just wants to look good and feel good, but this is the food industry, this is not an acceptable standard and should be addressed. She was also with 2 older men employees that kept antagonizing her and unfortunately in this world it felt gross. We also noticed as we where staying and eating she did not change out her gloves after handling money. When other customers came in she also did not wash her hands. Maybe this industry is not for her or the management needs to be more diligent at training;
The sandwiches and bowls are great
This location is sometimes understaffed which leads to delays. Last time I went in June 2021, they did not carry the gluten-free bread. Other locations carry it, but this one does not. The store is clean and has a quieter upper seating area with large windows. It’s a great spot for a lunch or dinner when traveling by ferry.
We ate here on 5/11 arriving about 1900. We ordered a 12” Steak and Cheese sub. It was toasted and prepared as requested. Typical Subway. Total before tip was $8.95. We ate outside on the courtyard between the hotel and convention center though there are tables located just outside. It is located close to the ferry terminal which makes it an ideal location to grab a bite to take on the ferry.
Super disappointed. Clearly not enforcing mask mandate. I left without ordering after several families with masks around their chin or none at all ordered and staff seemed totally fine with it. Definitely won't be back unless i find the urge to catch covid from a privileged stranger and then die.
Subway is not my favorite, but I stopped by this location on a Saturday to pick up a quick picnic lunch with my 4-year-old son. The employee was fast, efficient, and friendly. The sandwiches were just as we ordered and made a nice impromptu lunch on the waterfront.
New review. I do a pick up order on line. I come in my sandwiches are half made and he stops to finish other ppl who walk in afterwards and keeps me waiting very unsatisfied with this guy he not my normal guy we have when we come if u get a order u do it and others wait not have me wait while u finish others. Seems it's hard to find good customer service anymore do your job right its subway a easy job anyone can do it not hard
Worst sub ever. I'd rather eat the paper it came in.
Wasn't toasted. Was cold. Disproportionate everything on each sub. DOES THIS SUBWAY NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A TOASTER! most fowl Sub I've ever put in my mouth. I couldn't rate a 1 star on Doordash only 2 star, NO WONDER YOU'RE STILL IN BUISNESS!
