Ugh. No indoor seating. Bathrooms locked and closed. Horrible. I guess NOT being able to pee and wash your hands is good for your health now?
I just came through about 30 minutes ago. Ordered 2 coffees. Both were wrong! I don't need you asking me about my day! I need you to get my order right, that is way over priced. Be better! At your job!
great staff, fast efficient and reliable. They made a great first impression on my neice who ordered her first drink on her star bucks card.
Place is a joke. Waited in line for 30minutes and it was 356 and was told they close at 4 so I couldn't order. My daughter has a gift card she got for Xmas! Won't be using it here!!
After waiting in line for over 30mins. The cashier says they don't have change so I had to use my card. No change really it's Starbucks that's the equivalent to McDonald's not having change. Ridiculous!!
This is a Starbucks. If you like Starbucks you'll like this Starbucks. The difference with this one is the location. It's kinda hard to get to and the parking lot is cramped and weirdly laid out so the drive thru line can get weird and cause blockages. Also the front door is in a not immediately noticeable place so even walking in isn't straight forward. But the staff are friendly and efficient. So it's good, not perfect.
I am not a star bucks fan cost way too much but my daughter is she loves the floors and the customer service is pleasant, the line is long

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! The drive through lines are ridiculously long. It's also dangerous because of the way it's set up. Plus not everyone honors who was there first. I went through the drive through when there wasn't a line and thought I got lucky! Nope! It took forever for a person to ask for your order. Then I got to the window and it took several more minutes and there was no one behind me. After finally getting my orders, I was disappointed because they messed up my drink and I got pumpkin bread instead of the banana bread I ordered.I was told this was a training starbucks and that was why they were sooooo slow and making mistakes. I'm all for people learning and very patient. I've been the new person before. But when I let them know nicely my orders were wrong, I got an attitude and she said "oh well". Really? I hope they're teaching customer service because this individual needs it.This afternoon, I went to this starbucks (at 1830. They say they close at 2030), the drive through was blocked and the store was closed. This is the 3rd time they did this! Only reason I come to this one is it's by my elderly, disabled mother when I go over to be with her. I don't like the idea of having to go somewhere more distant but it looks like I might have to just do that. I really like the starbucks on Bucklin Hill when I'm in Silverdale.I'm glad many are happy with the service they're getting here. I haven't been lucky here and it's not cheap so I would like to get what I paid for. It's my little treat to myself. I can't recommend this store and I've had friends who stopped coming here because of the poor service. Too bad. I hope they can turn things around and stop closing the store when they're supposed to be open.
Opens at 0430. But they are not ready to do their jobs until 0530. If you can't keep posted business hours. Change them. Pretty simple!
