Kinda like a pancake place. Nice staff and good service. We enjoyed our meals so what else can you ask for! Not fancy but a good place and decent prices.
This the my second morning eating breakfast here and food & service is awesome
Um is this how the inside looks? Asking for a friend. We were going to eat here but apparently they don't care.
This place has really gone downhill. The majority of my order came out cold, the little amount of gravy on the cold biscuit looked like it had been sitting for awhile with a thin crust on top, and the side of gravy I asked for was also cold. The scrambled eggs were cold to the touch, not even luke warm. And apparently if you choose bacon as your side they are only serving 1 slice now. I get the whole inflation thing for their higher prices these days, but to combine price increases with shrinkflation (1 slice of bacon!?!) as well as a poorly prepared product.. So bad.
Paid about $22 for this, asked for medium rare, it came out more medium well, I guess it was listed as 8oz but past that, the seasoning must have been just salt, I ended up putting pepper on it myself. Thought the side of biscuits came as two, but apparently it's just one, but it wasnt half bad. The potatoe was loaded I asked for which was an extra $2 I believe, and, well, im glad they didn't mess up my potatoe, would have been hard to but yea haha. Waitress was super nice, but food took so long that my hot tea I got when I sat there, along with the cute little refill cup was almost cold when the food finally arrived. Didn't get offered a refill, I assume she might have been busy doing something else, but I dont believe it was too busy there. The people I went with had decent food cooked right, fries are tasty. Id probably only go here for maybe am expensive breakfast, or just some pie and or a shake.
It was MOTHERS DAY on our visit. So, of course it was incredibly busy. The staff informed us that we would have to wait a while before receiving our order. Our waitress was very helpful and kind. Even though I know that she was overwhelmed. Yet, she never let it show! The only issue was that when our food arrived. It was cold.
This was where my wife of almost 14 years took our first date on December 23rd, 2006. So I'm far too biased to give a fair review - even if the service was horrible, we'd still frequent the place for sentimental reasons. Fortunately, that's never been a problem - we've always received top-notch service and fantastic food.
It’s a solid diner, friendly staff, home cooking ?? we love the pies ? and go for a treat often
Good was ok at best. Pancakes were overcooked. Fries were hard. I mean its Shari's......but still. Staff was friendly but shift changed happened mid dinner, so we got a little lost in the shuffle.
I wish they had an option of the service received. Joe Henry manager at the Wheaton Way, Bremerton Washington store had the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Being a customer service trainer for 26 years, this interaction I had with Joe hurt my stomach and heart. Never Joe should you find it funny to provoke people instead of desiring to help them. This is my letter to corporate. Waiting for response. I’ve never ever experienced such poor service from anywhere! Joe Henry, manager at Shari’s on Wheaton Way in Bremerton Washington. Such disrespect towards a customer. This manager hung up on me after arguing “what he couldn’t do” for me for 15 min. I tried calling corporate manager immediately after to find I need to submit this. Mr.Henry had no compassion, no concern to help me, this man liked to provoke and argue system issues (which has nothing to do with me). He could have been at least nice. But to make me beg for resolution to finally have him offer a credit, then to hang up on me. I’m so so not happy. Issue was an online order for delivery at 11 but was delivered at 8:55 am. Thank you for letting me vent. I would like to know how this situation will be handled please, and thank you.
