This store is hit or miss on deliveries. Usually good people, but only some of them feel the rush of the fast food industry. I usually have to wait for my delivery, but not as bad as the guy I met who was there for over 30 minutes by the time I arrived, and i left before him. Nevertheless, no matter who helps me, they always try to have a smile on their face, and I respect that.And...it's Popeyes, so it's always good food.
Went for a pleasant lunch with my husband. I haven't dined in at Popeyes since before covid. But it was nice to have a welcoming and friendly staff at the front counter when we did.
Really don't know what all the hype is about with this place. Me & a friend went through drive thru last week, first time for both of us. Both ordered spicy chicken, he got fries & I got coleslaw. Spent $21.00+. The only thing good was the coleslaw. The chicken was rubbery/over cooked. Wouldn't have even eaten it if I wasn't so hungry at the time. At least it was spicy.The woman that took our order was more like a robot, obviously not happy to be there...felt like we were bothering her by going thru drive thru. My friend & I won't be going there again.
Friendly service. Chicken has never run out any time I've visited and tastes great. Drive thru has been courteous and made great conversation with my little kiddo when he wanted to say hi!
We were very unpleased with today's experience. My husband and I both used the Popeyes app. Using the offers available to us. To purchase food for us and our extended family. If I could only show you the picture I took of the size of our tender you would see why we were upset. I don'tknow how to upload photo. They looked smaller then chicken nuggets. Because of this we did not have enough food and tried calling the store several times. But got no answer.Basically it was barely enough for the kids. The adults had to eatsomething else. I wish we had checked our food before leaving. We ordered two 14 pcs. Tenders family meals. When we were in the store they had told us they had run out of mild chicken if I was okay with a few pieces of spicy, I said yes. Our chicken looked like they cut the tenders up to make our 14 pcs. meals NOT OKAY.
I have to drive 20+ miles to get to this restaurant. The last two times I visited they were out of the offer I wanted and told me it would take30+ minutes to fulfill my order. Nothing special, 12-piece spicy meal. I won't be going back again. Other Popeye's locations did something right.
Went to Popeye’s today for lunch with my family. The employees were rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them when we asked any questions at all. I ordered a 3pc bone in chicken with red beans and rice as my side. I also ordered an individual mashed potatoes and gravy. When we drove away I opened the box and there was four spicy (gross) chicken strips, NO mashed potatoes and no fork/spoon to eat with! Thanks for taking my $40 and giving me NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!! Don’t waste your money here
Been here 3 times in 6 months, usually for workday lunch. Food is good & the orders are flilled correctly. They get a little overwhelmed, so not fast food, but the staff stays friendly and professional. It's clear (like many places) the need more trained & experienced members. Will likely go back in a month or so.
The food is always hot and fresh. They do seem slightly short on staff. If you need a part time hustle, they say they are hiring. Back to the food. It is always delicious.
Excellent chicken but since was no indoor dining I couldn't get my chicken exchanged. I had ordered the 2 piece spicy Big Box. I received the plain chicken. That's why I only gave it s 4 out of 5 stars. The macaroni is excellent.
