first time ordering pizza hut in YEARS. the pizza came all smashed up in the box. lol I gotta say I laughed hysterically when I opened the box
I ordered a pizza last night online for my elderly mother because I got stuck at work. I ordered a medium pizza and also left a decent tip. When i called my mother she told me the pizza never got delivered. So I called the store to check what happen and clarify that maybe a placed the order to be picked up. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She asked me if I placed my order online when I said "yes" she just put me on hold without telling me to hold. I was placed on Hold for over 30 minutes that I finally hung up. I called a friend to go to the store and surely my order was there . I am understanding of maybe they were short staffed like alot of the restraunts are but not impressed with the customer service ..
Got the big dinner box with raw boneless wings. My daughter better not get sick from taking a bite out of this. ??
I've had delivery from this store a handful of times over the last 4 or 5 years. Every time I am reminded why I stopped ordering from them. This ( see pic) is what passes for a deep dish Hawaiian? I can barely see any toppings, let alone taste them. It tastes like tomato sauce on bread. Thin, dry bread. This is the last time for me. You guys used to be the solution to Domino's sub-par pizza. Now it seems you've dropped out of the competition altogether. I guess it'll be local independent pizzerias from now on. Not as convenient but minus the wasted money.
Terrible establishment. Tried to get pizza delivered,they put me on a transfer due to them not being able to accommodate my address I gave to them, stayed on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I called back and I explained my issue and they hung up again. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to this pizza hut.
Pizza is really good when you get the ones you ordered. Would be nice if you could talk with the store directly to get it fixed but Pizza Huts system is set up so you can't. Real fun to make the trek back to the store, while your still on hold the whole time, only to have to wait for the pizza to be remade... while missing a playoff game! Smooth Pizza Hut.......
I am a big Pizza Hut fan and after the all the shut downs due to the virus, it had been a long time since I had been able to order. So I splurged and got the feed the family deal. I got the meat lovers and supreme pizza, bread sticks and wings deal. I also, got the cinnabon mini rolls. I was so disappointed. The pizza looked like it was just thrown together and the veggies on the supreme was so thin and gave no flavor to the pizza. The sauce on the meat lovers was hit a miss depending on what spot you bit into. What was supposed to be nice fluffy bread sticks appeared to be a very thin pizza dough cooked with garlic topping, and definately not up to par to what I know to be cinnabon rolls.
I showed up for a curbside pickup 3 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. An employee delivering a pizza to another curbside customer saw me and brought my pizza out before I had even checked in. I was impressed
DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE I’ve given this store a few tries, as they are very close to my home. One time the original pan was so thin there was actual holes throughout the pizza, another time we asked for light sauce and there was no sauce at all.. it’s seriously something every time with this store.Well last night we ordered 2 pizzas and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It tasted like they just cleaned their ovens and didn’t get all the cleaner off before using, the crust was nothing like I’ve ever had before, taste and feel. It did not taste like a Pizza Hut pizza. It seriously was the weirdest experience.. oh not to mention, home boy behind the counter touching our pizza with his bare hands. Will not be coming back.
Very poor service and extremely cold inside the dining area, you could actually see your breath and the waiter never even gave us a plate and wouldn't turn the heat on for us. Very disappointed.
