Consistently good product, put out with good service.
I give two stars. The additional star is because I don’t normally have trouble at this location. However not long ago, I was treated rudely by the manager, Allen. I had ordered a chicken Mediterranean Delite over the phone and asked if I could do less chicken and more sun dried tomato instead. When I got to the store to purchase my pizza, I handed Allen my coupon for $12 but it rang up to $15. I asked why it was so high. He said because you added a topping. On the phone I didn’t realize I was adding a topping since I asked for less chicken and more sun dried tomato. I said you should tell the customer when it’s going to cost more. I then asked “do you not tell the customer when things are going to cost more?” He kept responding without answering the question by saying whenever you add a topping it cost more.” It was very frustrating because he knew he was in the wrong and refused to answer my question. I eventually asked who the manager was which he said himself. I told him he should know then to inform the customer of an additional cost. At the end of this whole back and forth and as I was leaving, he told me “I’m the customer so I should know that” , know that it cost more. He was very rude and unapologetic, childish in a sort. Whether I was in the wrong or not , I didn’t think i was adding an extra topping, it was more like swapping, otherwise I would have left the same amount of chicken on there. He displayed terrible customer service. He could have easily diffused everything but instead chose to be proud and argumentative. It had nothing to do with the 3 extra dollars. It was mainly his bad attitude and lack of apology. I won’t be coming to this location again or at least for a long time. Customer service is everything especially when you’re the manager. The guy running the show. The face of the business. And are the local guide reviews , real reviews? They all give five stars but then all the others give like one ore two. Weird.
Love the quickness my order was ready. And the smores cookie bars are so good. I love the cowboy pizza with white sauce. Mmmmm

It's cheap and easy, but actually good.For what it is, it's better than expected.
Second time we have gotten a family size pizza with way too much sauce and a really tough and barely edible crust. This is a disappointment since we have always loved this store. Guess it's time to find a new place to get our pizzas.
Take and bake pizza, good prices for fresh ingredients. Customer service has always been good. Has delivery option through third party.
Kitsap Way branch in Bremerton, WA; Employee Kevin has the worst customer service, lied to me ans my husband about our order by claiming we called back to cancel our order from the Kitsap Way branch to one farther away from our home, all the way on Wheaton Way.... An extra 20 minute drive!
Inexpensive delicious pizza. As pizza should be. A variety of pizza toppings and interesting combinations.
My littles requested a pokemon pizza. Papa Murphy's did not disappoint the birthday boy or his younger pickey brothers. 10 ☆'s thank you so much
