Honestly the best customer service and such sweet team members. Yes the wait is long but every time I come here I am never disappointed! Just came for a medium root beer and a plain sundae and the guy at the window filled my sundae to the brim and said he put more if I was planning on making a root beer float! I just love the energy here!
Heather the manager displays absolutely horrible and disgusting customer service and assumed I was the dasher who cussed her out and left without getting our food because it was taking to long which should not be taken out on the paying customer not to mention if I was the dasher there before she would recognize that I’m not that person. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and if I talked to someone on the phone call the way I was talked to no matter how frustrated they are I would be fired on the spot. Then when we showed up to get our food because like I said the dasher left she wasn’t any better but wanted to apologize to my face but not on the phone and than to add the cherry on top didn’t even get the order right. I would rather drive further than deal or see her again.

I went to the drive thru and I asked for another drink. The employees look like they are on something due to being slow.There was 2 managers but the response wasn’t right with the customer service .I was missing an item in my bag which was a raspberry pie . I won’t go back there.
February 18th 2022 at 10:25 pm I pulled into this mcdonalds to get a mcfrappe and two mcdoubles for me and my girlfriend. The burgers were made with love. The mcfrappe was drizzled to perfection. On top of all that, I give a big warm internet hug to the night crew for your smiles and good laughs. Sometimes the community forgets that food service is one of the most stressful and repetitive jobs where you barely ever recieve respect. But I have worked in food service for years and just wanted to leave my little comment about how great it was. Thank you so much guys.
I stopped at mc donald this afternoon around 2:30 to 3:00. I ordered 2 mc flurry 1 sundae and 2 large french fries. 1 of the oreo mc flurry was just a little above at the middle of the cup. When I complained the man insist that he didn’t make a mistake on that one. He dump a lot of oreo in it and said… next time he’s going to charge me!!!!! But he did not add an ice cream to it! I understand that your busy!!!! But do your job properly! And maybe you shouldn't put a model picture outside that way… you can cheat on your customers!!!! Out family likes to stop in a drive through to get something to eat or an ice cream for a drive but now we will never stop at mcdonalds!!!! They are a cheater!!!! And hell! I’m not going to pay extra because I complained for being ripped off!!!
Food was good, recommend coming to this location. The manager was very nice and so was the cashier. Definitely coming back!
My order is never right, i always get a wrong sandwich or no sandwich I live close so I go there, maybe going the extra mile would be worth it.
McDonalds use to be a descent place to eat..now they just suck.The foods not fresh and good and neither are the young people that work there.They have about as much personality as a cardboard box.
