7/21/2022 at 6:15a This was the single most DISGUSTING experience I’ve EVER had the misfortune of having at ANY business in my life! Never have I received such disrespect! I placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window the drive through woman who was white, shorter blonde/grey hair, older, and definitely looked to be nodding off, couldn’t understand I had hashbrowns, not a muffin. She told me I had a muffin, that hashbrowns are muffins (no they aren’t, lol) and I was like uh, no but okay. As I pulled off to the pick up window, she screamed “F*** YOURSELF.” Immediately I got the managers attention, and let her know exactly how her staff is behaving. My job had I said that I would be walked out the door within the minute. The manager said she didn’t have the power to let her go. I’m not sure what manager can’t fire their employees, but my guess is a manager who simply does not care about her job, or how her staff behaves. This manager was a taller, older woman with very short grey hair and glasses.
Very busy, but food came out really quickly. Everyrhing was fresh cooked, all correct to the T. We were both very impressed, one of the better branches around!Careful of courageous seaguls though. They're not scared of much
It's really frustrating that I have to order at a kiosk and not directly with staff. What if my only method of payment was cash? No one even greeted or acknowledged me upon walking in. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, I finally asked if I HAD to use the stupid kiosk and was told yes. Customer service just doesn't exist anymore I guess.
This McDonald's is complete hit or miss. I've had times where my food tasted fresh and was hot and just as many times where it was gross and cold. At this point however with prices being what they are it's frankly not worth the risk.
Missing items from my order EVERY SINGLE TIME for the last like year. Sometimes its an order of fries other times its a bag with literally half of my order. Last time, I order 60$ of food. I was handed one quarter pounder. What?! Of course, they fixed this when I brought it to their attention but WHAT?! It's insane how poorly this place is running lately. Staff has been everywhere from decent to DIRTY. Lack of training and a high turn-over of staff seem unhelpful. When the food does come, it's great! McDonald's tastes awesome. ? I'd just REALLY like to receive everything I pay for, at least once.
No more all day breakfast items. Take your business down the road to Jack in the Box if you work late and also like to eat breakfast items when you wake up in the late morning.
My experience is that staff is not properly trained. Currently McDonalds has a promotion Buy One Get One For a Dollar, Filet O Fish, Mc Double with Bacon or without, Spicy Mc Chicken, and Mc Chicken. Seems super simple when you order you say buy one get one for a dollar in my mind I would receive two sandwiches, oh no, not here. Twice in one week two separate employees could not grasp that the customer should receive two sandwiches. On the second occasion I had ordered the Filet O Fish, Spicy Mc Chicken, and the Mc Double all Buy One Get One for a buck. I specifically repeated my order and was assured that I was getting all of my order. Got up to the pay window and the receipt showed otherwise Not one of the items I had ordered reflected the BOGO. The kid at the window said well if it isn't right and you don't get all of your order just blame me. Okay assuming if it was put together wrong I would be taken care of. So I pull up to get my food and the bag only had three sandwiches instead of the six I explained what I had ordered and how carefully I had repeated myself, blah, blah, blah you get it right? The gal with purple in her hair (sorry didn't get names) told me that I would have to drive around again through the drive thru and re order because they could not do money transactions. Did I mention that is was 5:30 p.m.? Ya, busy dinner time with a huge line. I said no I would like what I ordered. She refused again and said I had to drive around. Really what would the point be to go through again? I asked for a refund and she did a transaction that way. Why not make it right and adjust my order to reflect what I originally ordered, given me the sandwiches and on my way I would have been? Anyway that's what happened. Please train better, thanks.
Wow! horrible attitude in drive through. Custom orders are too complicated for this slow minded crew. Don't make it too hard for them. Food was barely adequate. Feb 25th 2022 11 amUpdate: was contacted by corporate and told that they most certainly can charge to add the mint flavor which is what they use for the shamrock shake. So not only was my custom order possible, but they were so angry with me because I wanted to pay to have a shamrock mocha frappe. I would be embarrassed.
The kid at the first window in drive through was an absolute sweetheart. He was polite and friendly and well conversed. The stars are strictly for him.
The staff was moving fast but forgot the sweet and sour for my nuggies. I was too lazy to get back in line but next time I'll double check my order.
