Had wait staff eye me up and down then proceeded to make busy in an empty restaurant.waited ten minutes to be seated.ended up walking out.Customer service was a disappointment.Manager was surprised I waited so long and proceeded to not make eye contact as he went from room to room.whats going on here?
I ordered mandiles through door dash as they are our favorite Mexican restaurant. Our door dash delivery guy delivered our chips/dip, carne asada fries, but forgot the main burrito of the order. Mandiles called him to relay that he forgot the burrito and he told them he would not be going back, and mandiles asked to have me call the store back. I called, and they offered to deliver the missing order all the way from Bremerton to my home in Port Orchard. Not only was he was gracious and sorry, he absolutely refused to take a tip for his gas and time and included a Carmel Flan dessert free of charge on top of everything. We already loved the quality of the food that mandiles has to offer as it’s always our top choice Mexican restaurant, but you’ve gained a lifetime customer after the kindness your workers offer. Please give this man a raise ??

This is the best Mexican food I have had in a looooog time. Great service, friendly staff and very tasty food. Worth it every time.
Over head lighting was very bright florescent lights in main dining area. Also was annoying to see and have waitresses preparing food, both for in restaurant and takeout ,right next to our table.

We went during a snow storm after reading the reviews and we’re greeted by the kind staff and enjoyed taking with the owner and what he recommended from the menu. We started with asada nachos which were perfect and crispy, I had the crema con pollo which was AWESOME and my SO had the pork tacos which are marinated in an awesome blend of citrus. Great place and good atmosphere, highly recommend!

A nice find on Trip Advisor. Popular spot. A full menu and bar. We enjoyed a lunch on a cold rainy day. The tortilla soup is outstanding. Good beer on tap. Very friendly service.
If not for the service alone, Mandiles serves delicious food that is reminiscent of home. They serve molé - made in-house! But, I cannot stress enough the customer service. The host (or the owner) is magical with his sincerity and accommodations. We will return.
