I really dislike having to write reviews… but come on .. I plan on calling corporate tomorrow because this location never answers their phone. The time before tonight the girl was talking on the business phone about how she lost her keys!!! After I thought “oh well I’ll just go in..” then tonight I ordered two orders of crazy bread and a pizza . Didn’t mind waiting.. that’s to be expected at this point.. but the kid literally took two pizzas from a man since he switched them up on accident (that happens). But don’t put them back in the hot case after! That’s the number one rule of food handling safety .. it is not hygienic. Even if the guy who brought it back simple opened it and brought it back in. Unless management condones this action… I left simply because the guy tried to convince me that it never happened right before my eyes and I generally do not make a big deal unless I have a reason for it. I’ll be choosing others spots from now on.

The stuffed crust pizza is great for the price. Usually fast service, even though I don't order Hot-N-Ready pizzas. The deep dish pizza is ok. The service there is always great even when they do get slammed with customers. There is always a flow of people coming in. Plus the crazy bread has always been awesome, even when I was a kid 20+ years ago before the new branding.

Got a haircut at Supercuts and they play their music SO loud that I couldn’t even hear the music in Supercuts. The employees say they go over every day to tell them to turn their music down and there is still no change. Very disrespectful

If I could give this place negative stars I would, it's obvious the employees don't care about the public's health. Stay away from this place.

The store made ALL wrong items, and refused to refund.Pretty sure that girl was high on opiates.Image

The girl who took my order forgot my cheesey bread, and got the entire other wrong. To make my experience even better, she refused my refund. It's the Pink haired women when the music notes tattoo, and the butterfly tattoo.I'm certain that women was high on some sort of drug.

I've gone to this location dozens of times, but I can't do it anymore. I have seen way too many health code violations for me to feel comfortable ever entering this location again. No masks, no gloves, no handwashing before handling food, no hair nets, I am convinced no one who works at this store holds a food handlers permit. I went to get breadsticks last night (I refuse to get pizza from there anymore, but my wife insisted we get breadsticks). There were two employees working at the time. Neither one had masks covering their faces, neither one had gloves, and the one with long hair did not have a hair net. The employee with long hair was constantly running his hands through his hair while he was preparing food. Both of them were regularly touching themselves (face, hair, pants, shirt) while handling food. After waiting about 15 minutes for my breadsticks, three more employees entered the store. I don't know if they were on break or if they were showing up for their shifts, or if they were even actually employees, since only one of them had anything on that identified them as such. They entered the store, went behind the counter, shook hands with the other employees and hugged eachother. After messing around at the cash register, they immediately began preparing food. At no time during this experience did I see a single person wash their hands before handling food, including the employees who came in later. This store is in serious need of competent management. The quality of the food is extremely suspect, and there is little to nothing being done to mitigate the risk of contamination. Stay away from this place if you value your health.

whoever has long black hair and works here left a strand of their hair on my pizza lmaoooo

Yikes! I haven't ordered from this location since Silverdale's location opened. After this experience I will not return even if it's convenient to another store I frequent. What happened:I ordered via the app on my way to pick up some groceries. Asked for the pizzas to be ready in an hour and I showed up to a locked front door a sign that said the oven was being maintenanced. I could see 2 employees in the back so I called the store and was told they were closing early because the closing crew didn't show up. 15 seconds and I've had 2 stories. I explained I had made an order in the app and was supposed to be picking it up. The response was to call back tomorrow or come back tomorrow to get my pizzas or refund. Not much more I could do so I left.I did email Little Ceasars about how dissatisfied I was with this solution. I mean who wants to wait 17 hours for their dinner? When I called in the morning for a refund I was told to drive back to the store with proof of purchase. I played along and showed up 90 minutes later. I found the same person from the night before. He canceled my order and told me the refund should be within 2-3 days. Still waiting on my refund, I did get an email confirmation of my order cancelation so whenever the banks process the cancelation this should be resolved.Free advice to the store for retaining customers:Sounded like they had a rough night, but even so they had my order an hour before I showed up with no plans to cook it. They could have canceled at that time and called me to let me know. Not sure why the store could not stop the orders from coming in on the app. But an option for the service to be temporarily stopped should be a suggestion made to the programmers for a future update.

They NEVER answer the phone...employees have terrible work ethics and attitudes. Extremely disappointed with the continued poor service. I would not go to this Little Cesar location if possible.
