Me and my fiance and her mom walked in and saw dirty old fryer racks piled up behind the counter we walked out without ordering. This was my first and last time in there. I won't order from there. Also the employee that was there did not come up to the counter to take our order before we left. The dining room had dirty tables and the floor was dirty.
The service was friendly and prompt. The food was absolutely horrendous. I usually go for Popeyes when I have a hankering for fast food fried chicken, but I decided to switch it up today. The chicken was soggy and they drenched the side of wings in BBQ sauce even though I asked for hot sauce. I despise cheap BBQ sauce and I hate the drumstick part of the wings which is all they gave me. I can safely say that I will never have KFC again. ?
I ordered a spicy famous bowl from them and was non stop throwing up and running high fevers I do not recommend.
Giving one star. Only because an order that seemed impossible to screw up, they screwed up. I would understand if I ordered a ton of food, that they maybe would forget something. But all I ordered was Mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. I specified it 3 times, she repeated the order back to me correctly, and I even joked about going home to just eat this mac n cheese and mash potatoes. But when I get home to check, it's only Mac n cheese, no mashed potatoes.. They at least gave me tons of ranch and sporks for this one order of Mac n cheese... Just maybe don't have two high teenagers, too busy joking with each other, alone running the place
The food is gross, that is an objective fact. But that's not why KFC gets 5 stars from me. This particular KFC gets 5 stars from me because of the unbearable guilt I now am burdened with.Long story short I got some tenders and a spicy sandwhich a little bit ago. I get home and it looks like Colonel fleeced me. No spicy chicken sandwhich in sight. Interesting. Well being the strong, independent woman I am, I went back to KFC to make things right.They gave me my sandwhich, no harm, no foul. Wasn't a big fan tbh but that's neither here nor there. This is where the plot thickens. Hours pass, something feels off. There's a cloud of uneasiness all about me. Then it becomes undeniable. I smell malarkey.My brother had been over earlier, and when I glanced at the chair he had been sitting in, what I saw truly shocked me. In the chair laid the flattened, disheveled wrapper of a KFC spicy chicken sandwhich. I could not believe my eyes. Is this real life? Is this a fantasy? I had believed that it was KFC that had messed up, but was it possible that I was the one who had been truly mistaken?The guilt that this ordeal has given me, I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. It is really beginning to take a toll on my body. I haven't even been able to sleep in the long, long couple of hours since this happened. My conscience will remain guilty until I receive assurance from the CEO of KFC.
First off I just want to say that a guy with glasses was very disrespectful and Impatient. He gave us a bag with not our full order then proceeded to be disrespectful when we ask for our 4 peace chicken was at. I didn’t get my corn that I payed for.
Drove in horrible road conditions for chicken strips. Food was good. Just disappointed. No honey or butter for biscuit. No bbq sauce even though they asked what sauce I wanted. I did however get 10 packets of ranch I didn't ask for which was thrown out. Next time I'll try Popeyes chicken.
Each time I go they've ran out of original recipe. I get charged differently it seems for three wings, spuds & biscuit. I still enjoy personal and chicken
Earlier this year we bought 2 family buckets of chicken. The buckets at the bottoms smelled like rotten meat! No apologies from KFC. Will never go there again!
Great staff..fast..good place to go when your on the go!
