I ordered a sandwhich from them. After 45 min of waiting i called them and explained what i was experiencing. They gave me a credit but was still expectes to pay for a sandwhich that i didn't receive... i called back and manager said i can either take the credit or get my money back. They wasted my entire lunch break and only got my money back no free sub for next time nothing... pretty sad.
This Jimmy johns seems to never be able to make my orders correctly. Sent 2 of the same very different sandwiches this time. I ordered 2 different ones. They also seem to never know how to cut them in half, even when it's ordered that way.
Thank you guys for giving me some extra avocado when I felt like there wasn't enough on my giant veggie. I appreciate it, pregnancy cravings have me super particular.
Sandwiches were great, got an Italian, they have good lettuce and everything is well put together, not just thrown on. Best thing is definitely the bread, they have great bread.
Amazing customer service. These guys go above & beyond. Will definitely be visiting again.
Freaky fast as usual. Friendly, employees always greet as I enter, and are patient while I discussed which sandwich in going to choose this time.
Customer service is lacking; ordered food online. Order was partially complete. Waited around for 15 minutes before being asked "have i been helped"? Explained to employee i ordered online, and have a partial order. While explaining to the employee, she rudely cut me off by saying, "Yah, yah, i'm verifying your order", while looking at her screen, and asking me questions that i could have given her the answers to, if she would not have interupted me/rudely cut me off, and let me give her the details of my order/order number, in the first place. Took another 10 minutes to finally figure it all out/resolve the issue, for a total of 25 minutes to complete a small, simple order; submitted and paid for in advance, all online. Not so 'fast', not so professional! Overall; not impressed, UNSAT. Would recommend walking in to place your order, rather than placing order online.
As per the Jimmy johns usual their sandwiches come out lightning fast, regardless of how you get it (in store or delivery). As best as I can tell their ingredients are fresh. Their staff is patient and quick which is much appreciated.
Very grateful they were so kind and generous when our orders weren't exactly right. Steven, our delivery guy, was amazing and checked in us after our order was fixed to be sure everything was satisfactory. So refreshing to have top-notch customer service!
Staff is quite awesome! Even though the location makes it always hella busy here being next to the base, not a bad thing since I live conveniently close to this particular location and can go at hours when it's not so busy.
