I bought 2 sandwiches, onion rings and some egg rolls. The first sandwich was about as good it could be; fresh perfectly cooked meat patties perfectly complimented by well proportioned condiments and a fluffy fresh bun. The other, I just about do not know what to say it must have been made for somebody else, hours prior who decided not to buy it. The meat was dried up, near crunchy and the sandwich was not at all fresh. It was a horrible, stale mess of grease with mayonnaise on it.No more Jack onna Box for me!
Good food, and I saw that worker, Aliza run sprint out at break neck speeds to a man his condiments. Absolutely a stellar form and should be in the 2024 Olympics.
Just ordered jalepeño poppers from here and when I got home they were cold.Next time I will just ask for everything to be fresh and won’t mind the 5 minute wait .
I'm sure this had to do with the pandemic, but the drive thru line took forever. Good food though.
Don't order from here late at night trust me. Disrespectful people making people wait ages at the drive thru or parking lot. More than a few times had to remind them and apparently they don't keep orders accountable either.
Was told we couldn’t get a buttery Jack or spicy cluck, or large combos. Given drinks, no straws. Sent to the parking lot to wait for our food from the drive thru. After 20 minutes, finally got our food. Still no straws. Worker told us she’d be right back with them. Ten minutes later, no straws. Had to go in ourselves to get them.
after ordering, (one burger and fries)we were directed to park out front to wait, twenty minutes later decided to go to the door, doors were locked, finally someone answered the door and was told our ordering was almost ready.....oh and there was only one person ahead of us so it's not like they were really busy, oh and the twenty minutes was after we waited five to place our order at the drive through, , and was told they don't take cash......cash...... was cold
I placed my order through the drive through and then was told they were out of said item, ok, so I placed another order, and placed that same order 2 more times before it was accurate. I paid for my order, and was told to park out front that I'd be waiting on the curly fries. After about 10 minutes they bring out my order and give it to someone else and tried to give me someone else's order I told them what I had ordered so this lady went and got my order from that other person and gave it to me. Ignoring the fact that is so unsanitary, I just wanted to go home and I thought hey at least the curly fries were fresh, right? NO the fries I waited 10 minutes for were cold, why was I waiting on cold fries. Worst drive through experience of my life.
I ordered a 3-piece egg roll. When the drive-through guy repeated my order, that’s what he said. I got one egg roll. When I told the server of the error, he said that’s what I was charged for, so that’s what I got. It’s true that they only charged me for a single, but I ordered three, and were not willing to fix it. Very disappointed in the service.
Love late night meals. I was very hungry and happy that something was open at this hour. The breakfast burrito I had was very good and I was surprised it was a tiny burrito
