Gonna start this off with this being not a fault of the employees or even the managers of the store. They gave me solid service and somewhat adequate food. My big issue is that for the quality of the food (which isn't great) is anything but worth the skyrocketed prices. For 15 dollars a meal, I could go to Carl Jr's or McDonald's and get much more of a bargain for 15 bucks.Again, not the fault of the staff. This is moreso a corporate problem. Fix your food quality or drop your damn prices.
Went through the drive thru a little after 2am, and the guy working the drive thru was so upbeat and polite. I made a joke about the "cluck" sandwich and he thought it was great. He had us wait in the front so he could make sure our fries were fresh, and that's always a plus. This was literally the best late night drive thru experience I've had by far. Props my guy, your Killin it.
It's a hamburger place like any other however that being said, sometimes it's great and sometimes it's a fail. Though my top recommendations are the bacon cheeseburger, their tacos, any breakfast item or for dessert, thier cheesecake. This Jack in the box is slow in service between 8pm and 3am. Other then that this place is B+ in my book.
Ordered through door dash, the app said my dasher waited over half an hour, and didnt even receive half my order. I ordered a spicy popcorn big box with french fries, a large diet coke and a 7 piece popper. I only received the 7 piece popper, the drink, and a classic popcorn chicken small box. No word from my dasher either so I have no way of knowing if the even told her they were out of product. A huge waste of money and my time. Let alone my dashers time.
Way over priced! 33 dollars for 4 egg and cheese croissants and a tea. The croissants themselves were small, greasy, and the eggs were way over cooked. Weird dark spots in eggs... we couldn’t finish them they were so gross. Looking for breakfast? Go to Burger King down the street. $4 for 2 croissants at Burger King. Over $5 at Jack n box is ridiculous for nasty food.The first time I went here they gave me the wrong food (biscuits instead of croissant) claiming that’s what I asked for. Gave them another try to just be disappointed again.
Ordered a mobile order through the app at 1115 it arrived at 1135 however the large curly fries were void and stale and the fish sandwiches were lukewarm and were hard and dry around edges. Not the quality I have come to expect from jack on the box. Given that it was near lunch I expected everything fresh.
Don't understand why there can be no cars in the parking lot and 1 car in the drive through and multiple employees and it still take foreeeeever to get my food. This location has the worst customer service and is by no means fast.
The people that work here are very nice. The food they serve up is NOT. These are photos of my sourdough patty melt with bacon. Pathetic. And I don’t see any bacon, do you? The only reason I’d go back to this particular Jack in the Box is to get my money back, which I’ll be doing ASAP.
Stores awesome cashiers are very friendly. Looked clean etc. Gave 4/5 cause they don't serve veggies with burgers and I love my lettuce and tomato.
I am only referring to your online menu with the one star! Food is always fine! But the online menu - would it be possible to include prices so poor people, like myself, can decide how best to spend their friends money!? In fact prior to being extremely poor I always ordered fast food paying close attention to prices! Just seems ridiculous to me not to include price information on a fast food menu. Just had to say.
