? Very delicious and fresh food. Super friendly servers ?? ? ? Always very generously served. Very good food ✅ I love the almond chicken and the orange chicken, oh and the chowmein with beef is super delish ???? very recommendable. ❤️ It !!!!

Food was less than room temperature after traveling less than a mile. This is how people get food poisoning.

I dislike writing bad reviews. Our service was great when we were finally got it. The bbq pork was so dry and still part frozen, I was so sad but with enough sweet and sour it wasn't sticking to my tongue. We got our food and it was mostly breading. Just not great at all. We took the left overs...most of it and boxed it up only to throw it away not long after leaving as the food started to feel uncomfortable in our tummies. Over all, I miss the panda inn.

I would say this is pretty average Chinese food - not mind-blowing by any means, but certainly not awful. This is the first Chinese restaurant we've tried in the area, also, so we don't have a great comparison here yet.For the most part, everything was pretty much what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. No surprises when you're opening up boxes...but some things just seemed "off" a little bit. Again, not bad, just...eh.For example, the lo mein tasted different for some reason. I think it was a little more bland, maybe more oily or just a different oil than is typical. Meat and veggies were fine, just different with flavor primarily in the noodles.General Tso's and sweet & sour chicken had great flavors and textures...however, there was a lot of breading and very little meat. Even the big pieces, you would bite into them and realize you weren't really biting into much chicken. That was kind of disappointing. But they both had the right amount of crisp to them, no soggy-ness, so I appreciated that. The chicken fried rice was standard. Plenty of chicken and good balance of rice and mix-ins.Beef & broccoli was cooked just-right; loved the broccoli. But again, there was something off about it. Occasionally, a random flavor would pop out with this dish, and I don't have any idea what it was I was tasting, but it felt out of place.Portion sizes were exactly what I would expect, so that's good.As for the place itself: easy to find at the Fred Meyer shopping area. Fairly accessible. Service was timely. Appeared clean. No real complaints.

My go to is the vegetable lo mein. It is delicious. They are friendly and food is good. Definitely a go to for Chinese food

Most horrible customer service ever! I will never order from this place again. This used to be an excellent restaurant but no longer. They do not care about customer service at all. I ordered dinner online to be delivered for a special dinner party I was hosting for 6 people. My card was charged for the dinner plus a delivery charge plus automatically added a tip which I don’t like but that seems to be the norm these days so whatever. I get a call from the restaurant twenty minutes before my guests arrive so they are already later than I was told it would be asking me how I intend to pay for it. I get phone notifications as soon as my account is charged so I know that this has already definitely been charged to my account so I reply it has already been paid and I said I will send you photo of where it has cleared my account which I did. They said their machine shows it is unpaid so I have to pay again. This is an expensive dinner I don’t have enough in my account to pay for it twice which I explained to the woman as she can clearly see by the screenshot that I already had sent her. So because it had already been deducted from my account not only did they not deliver the dinner I ordered an hour and a half before my guests arrived so it would be on time that I had already paid for but now I didn’t have enough money to order dinner for my guests anywhere else either. I had no time to make something for them or make dinner reservations elsewhere. The restaurant refunded the charge two days later but of course the damage was done. They offered no apologies no explanation or excuses for this woman’s behavior simply issued a refund back to my account. However the damage was already done. This person would not listen to reason would not accept proof when shown and had absolutely no concern about how important this dinner was to me. I have been a regular customer of this place for years and have never ever had a problem paying them never had a card declined. I have always tipped well and accepted the poor customer service and lower quality food as the cost of business during a pandemic but this is absolutely beyond what I feel I can accept. I will never order anything from these people ever again and I suggest that you do not either. The portions are smaller the quality of the food is not what it use to be and unless you can not only afford the higher cost they are charging with additional delivery fees and an automatic tip regardless as to the quality of the service. Then pay for it twice because they can’t figure out their own website. Then be called a liar by someone who barely speaks English and wait a few days to be reimbursed I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I am 54 years old.

I accidentally left a star review for Emoorer’s Palace. It was meant for Panda Express in Gig Harbor. My apologies. I love Emporer’s’ Palace. The food is good, the people that work there are kind and friendly. I’m sorry for the mix-up.

Dine in, take out and delivery here. Very good food, great service and not at all crowded...they do a lot of take out. The food isn't the typical Americanized variety. We had egg rolls, egg fooyoung and Szechuan beef. It was excellent. We will eat here again.

very good food with great service!

Very comfortable atmosphere and very friendly staff. FOOD IS OUTSTANDING. I recommend the crispy duck!
