The only time I ever buy Dominos pizza is during the 50% off online order DEAL. I like the Extravaganza but not for $21, $10.5 is ok for their large.During the 50% online order deals, they are busier, less coordinated and they take much longer, if the get the order correct, which they did not.One half of my order was ready after a modest wait, then they figured out my order was only half complete, then a full prep and cook cycle for the other half.Of 3 pizzas, after all that 1 was missing 2 toppings.
Horrible experience. Came in to pick up Pizza after using app to say I was headed inside when notified that it was ready. I was not even greeted. 2 other people waiting we could see our food was sitting ready. Another customer comes in and they great her to ask if they can help and give her food to her and still they kept ignoring me. I was about to ask for a refund and go somewhere else when they finally asked me if I needed anything. I said yeah the food waiting on the order up bin. I am thinking Pizza Hut may be where I go next time.Plus this is the 2nd time there was never the $3 kickback for carry out they talk about in commercials. It is all a scam.
Unbelievable increase in delivery charge and food costs. $10.00 for 1 lava cake!! Mod pizza and no name cakes for us from now on!
I ordered pizza at 9 o'clock and it was to me by 9:15. I was impressed how fast it was. They followed my directions correctly. Overall, it was amazing experience for ordering so late.
Have had consistent issues with this location. Ordered nearly 2 hours ago with the location less than 10 mins from me and the driver Is driving away from me on the tracking app. Have been waiting 40 mins since the driver picked my order up and they are finally heading back. Still shows 15 mins away. Doubt I'll get it soon.
Aparently this store doesnt accept the coupon I chose on the website and wasnt even able to check out online. I called in my order and it took a very long time to order. I asked to be on text notifications but never recieved any messages. Over an hour later I never recieved my pizza. When I called the store they werent even aware of my order. It took over 2 hours to get my food and It wasnt even complete. Horrible service
Was told on the website that if I ordered by midnight that I would still receive my order. Placed the order by 11:58 PM, and the restaurant cancelled my order and would not answer my phone calls. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.
This is my local Domino's pizza! I always order online and they always have a deal! The delivery drivers are quick, friendly and my pizza had always arrived fresh and hot. Please tip the driver's these guys work hard to deliver a perfect product. This time when I ordered my pizza, they surprised me with an additional free pizza (just because!)This made my day! Thier bbq chicken with onions is delish. I always have to have a pepperoni pizza. The herbal seasoning on their "hand tossed"crust is exceptional! You can always find a coupon on the site that will save you money.There is a fee for delivery...sometimes you can save buy picking it up yourself. Smarter!

Didn’t follow through with their promise. The timer was stopped before our food was brought out to us. We waited about 5mins after they stopped the timer before calling to let them know we were waiting. The employee that brought out our food said “we stop the timer as soon as the food is out of the oven.” Not how that works...
