I placed an order tonight and it was never delivered. I waited an hour and called 3 times, just to get a busy signal all 3 times. And now they are closed. Never again! Derrick Atkins.
This store is a quality Domino's. They always get it right and I love them! Thank you all.
Orders are usually always correct and if ever any issues they are quick to resolve with no hassle love my experience everytime
I order out from Dominos at least twice a month. The service is always great. Delivery drivers always very friendly. Highly recommend this pizza!
I called to order a medium pizza and Parmesan bread bites with marinara. My call got sent to a third party to take my order which took 11 minutes. That was crazy. I felt like I was in the phone forever. Plus when I said Parmesan bread bites she told me they didn’t have those. I asked her to check again and she was finally able to find them on the menu. If you are going to have third parties answer your calls they sure as heck better know the menu. I will not order from dominoes again I will go to Pizza Hut because they actually answer their calls. After reading other reviews I am clearly not the only one with that issue.
I understand we have a mask requirement, but getting hounded to wear a mask the moment i open the door to pick a ready order for 30 seconds. They wanna be a government stooge, ill take my money to somebody that actually wants to stay in business
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Went in to pick up some hot wings and pizza. I opened the box of wings and saw there was extremely little sauce on the wings. I asked politely for more sauce to be added and the “manager” tells me “that’s all the sauce we put” then asked for my payment. I looked over at the person who was with me and said “that’s wonderful customer service.” I then asked him again if he can please put more sauce. Again he just said “that’s all we put!” And asked for my money again. I literally walked out…he was lucky I didn’t just take everything without paying. I will be for sure calling corporate on him! WORST MANAGER IN THE WORLD!!!

Dont know why the call gets sent to somewhere other then the store makes for a tedious and painfull experiance. It used to run so smooth.
Love the smell and aroma, looks cheesy and delish. Tastes amazing! 10/10 will go again!!!
