It makes me so sad to post this review bc this establishment has been a part of my childhood as well as adult life. But the food we recieved today was so far past sub par. They have lost 2 customers for life. We were served 3 customers after the 3 that came after us. The burger was definitely not 100% beef. Tasted spongy like Styrofoam. The onion rings had a ratio of 1:10 of onion and batter. The fries were so over done they were hollow. HOLLOW! And the milk shake was super deluted. Flavor was there. But powder Carmel flavor is meh compared to the sauce. No condiments with the fries and onion rings. $40? not worth $5.
Just got off a flight and got hungry on the way back home and wanted to try something new with the family. Awesome little hole in the wall food spot.Quality of food, cleanliness, service, and time to receive food above standard.The only thing that needs to change for the last star would be parking but in all honesty it's not that big of an issue.
I don't know who needs to see this but making your customers wait 45 minutes for a cheeseburger, fries and a shake isn't what I would call a sustainable business model. It wasn't even really very crowded.Absolutely ridiculous. A decent business would have comped the meal or at least offered something for the kids.Absolutely the longest I've ever waited for fast food in my entire life.
Great shakes & food at this little drive in! Clearly it's a fav place for locals and we'll remember it next time we're driving through that area. *Special Note: it's cash only, but they do have a cash machine onsite.
Great stop after hiking some trails in the area. The burgers and small and cheap, great for a classic meal feel. Fries are awesome and they offer a family size so it makes it easy to share. Didn't get the shakes but there are tons of flavors to choose from. This is a great place to stop and grab a quick order of delicious greasy grub when you have that craving!
Too many great things to say about my favorite drive up spot. We just need a bigger parking place haha. So many fans of this place. Crazy Eric's even shows up to our County Fair every year! Famous for their fries and milkshakes!!! Chocolate peanut butter is my all time favorite. 1 time I asked for them to add a banana and it was super bomb. Love my crazy Eric's prices and burgers + the whole menu. ? haha.
I drove up on a rainy night after leaving work because I saw the white building and classic flashing sign.It was quite rainy but they have a small overhang that covers you while you stand at the face of the building and make your order.The saff was very kind and hard working.They took my order of garlic fries, which is a very large serving and for a very fair price, and and I waited in my truck for them to call my name.After a short wait they called me and I grabbed my fries and left to return home.Very good fries, very affordable, very kind staff.
Little corner burger joint. The prices are VERY reasonable, which made me worry honestly about the food. I was not disappointed! The hand dipped onion rings ran out of Big cheese and Canadian bacon single patty basket first, followed by their delicious French fries. The burger was will prepared. Only reason I didn't go 5 stars was the wait, took about 10-15 minutes for our food to come up and they were not busy. That being said, the food was worth the wait and I will be returning to try the Bad Boy burger next.
11/01/2021Definitely a greasy spoon. Lol I ordered a smoked sausage with grilled onions $2.55 and jack cheese fries $5.98. It was cheap. Nine dollars and change. The smoked sausage had been precooked and was starting to dry out. The homemade fries were underdone and lil crispy on ends. But the portion was huge. I feel a heart attack coming on from the caloric overload. You can feed quite a few people for a low price if you are not concerned about quality. There is only parking for a couple of cars. No tables to dine at. No bathroom. They holler your name through the order window when your food is ready. I drove to a park to eat my food.
I really wanted to give this place five stars, and would on personally and price, but I was REALLY looking forward to fresh home cut fries and perfect onion rings. I think the fries are double fried for the supper crispy texture, not what home made fries are in my book :( and all I could taste wast the super crunch(over crunchy) thick breading on the onion rings. It was our first time and it's just not better than other fast food places:(
