Used the drive through. It's nice that they give a senior discount, if you ask. We like the burgers and chicken sandwiches. They will add veggies and condiments to any sandwich and they didn't charge extra. Quick, friendly, polite service. This is our go to for a quick lunch.
The food was cold, the burgers were without condiments, the milkshakes were runny like milk. I only live 3 minutes away, so that wasn't the problem.
We were in the Drive thru, ordered some burgers and a drink and a Oreo milk shake. I took a drink of my shake, it was not mixed. The top of my cup looked milky, the straw got stuck in Oreo crumble.Drove back through the drive thru, explained whit to the guy. This girl comes to the window and tells me that's how they are made. Then proceeds to say she will remake it, but there's nothing wrong with it
Runny shake every single time. Melts not even halfway down into runny cream. Food is good though. That's why I gave 2 stars. The shakes is what makes carls Jr good. Go to ellensburg they make them prefect at that carls jr...
? I always enjoy Carl's Jr since, I first tried it back in California about 35 years ago. It's always like going back in time ??? The western bacon burger is my favorite. ????
First time customer experience….Their charbroiled burgers were the only redeeming items.Jalapeño poppers - 3 stars, great taste but way too spicy, and I usually love poppers.Fries - 0 stars, soggy and limp.Onions rings - low quality, nearly imperceptible onion, did not taste good at all.Shakes - 4 stars. It’s a shake, not much you can screw up there.Burgers - 4 stars ( double bacon burger, and plan double cheeseburger) on point. Better than Burger King or McDonalds. Not as good as 5 guys or The Habit.For the price, I expected better quality all around. Unlikely to be my first choice to next time I get fast food.
Find somewhere else with much better customer service and better food.The customer service is non-existent. First, the person working the drive through window gave me my drink cup while liquid was literally pouring out of the top of it. When I asked her for napkins, she acted like it was a huge imposition for her. Secondly, my order want even correct. I ordered a meal, an additional sandwich, and two cookies. That is only six items to make sure are correct. The food is okay but don't waste your time.When did a little customer service become a thing of the past?
I'm so done with Carl's Jr. What happen to the quality? Fries were cold and soggy. Absolute trash. And the 2 California burgers I got, were dry and tasteless. No sauce on the burger. Then the top bun was hard.
Asked if we wanted sauce and then didn't give it to us, didn't come to the door when we went to ask for it, the chicken sandwich didn't have lettuce or tomatoes as pictured (just a tiny piece of chicken breaded on one side and two pickles), and their sprite always tastes like carbonated water.
They're Beyond burger is pretty dang good, and is an excellent solution when I'm craving a quick cheeseburger. The jalapeno poppers are also bomb. Everyone working is friendly and the line moves quickly. I'm happy being a frequent at this location :)
