I always make the same purchase at the BK but no more. Half of my order was fresh, the other half was cold/old. Less than half of my order was correct; my entire order consisted of a bag of regular hamburgers with no ketchup, extra pickles and extra onions. Several had no pickles, one had one pickle. The onion ranged from very nice to none and half the sand witches had ketchup and mayonnaise???
So I ordered 2 Large fries & once I pulled them out the bag they looked like this
I would give a higher rating except that I believe they are misrepresenting thier new burger The Whopper Melt cause its not made on whopper size bread and it has the meat from a chz burger felt like it was more of a Whopper Jr melt but definitely not a Whopper Melt
Best burgers. Super meaty and cheesy. Has a nice flame grilled taste and is NEVER greasy. The fries are always perfectly salted and have a beautiful golden crunch while having soft fried tato in the middle. BK is the best fast food place, fight me!To be fair, their bacon could be better, but everything else is perfect
Was not greeted by staff, took the payment and gave our food nothing else. No customer service skills whatsoever.
Ordered 2 Whoppers through the drive thru, the burgers were cold not newly cooked.
Almost always forgets part of our orders. Hands down the most unfriendly, unprofessional service I've received out of any drive thru locally. The one thing they're always consistent with is the lack of professionalism at the drive thru & how they treat customers. 9 times out-of 10, they sound bored or bothered that they have to serve yet another customer.
