I asked about the ice cream machine being down because it’s 10 o’clock at night and they’ve said for the past week straight that the ice cream machine is down and when I asked the drive-through employee about it she simply said there’s ice cream at other places go there and I said well you guys have it on the menu that’s why I like to order it and she said well we break it down early ,Very rude and unprofessional
Every time I order from here my order is wrong. I hate the fries so I always order onion rings. Never fails I pay extra for that and always get fries.
They got my order wrong ?And I ordered an 8 piece ofJalapeño bites & they gave me 7 instead of 8 , & they counted this as one .why they do me like that? It doesn’t even have nothing inside . I won’t go back here
Customer service was good, but food could have been better. 2 stars only because of the bad experience but will try again and update based on how it goes
The staffing situation was terrible. I ordered an iced coffee and hashbrowns. The only cashier available was working solo the front and drive thru. There was only 1 cook in the back qnd q back up of vehicles. I understand its an ongoing problem with staffing but the clerk still managed to smile and continue to give great service. Thank you for making my day.
When you're so totally inept that you can't read a screen/order that you perpetually get orders wrong. I get it, its fast food, brain dead adults and children work here, what should I expect, right? I expect to get what I paid for, not have people steal my money, because that's what this is, theft! I ordered a double whopper and received a single whopper. Why does something so simple have to be made difficult with these people!
Great Ch’Kings, but didn’t have any burgers, fries, or other items later at night.
You always come through in a pinch. Never been a fan of the fries but Whopper's are truly King. Thank you.
First time I ordered on line for a delivery. Never again. Just awful, wrong and it's not my problem attitude.
