I originally come from Idaho. I worked for thee training location for most GMs. My boss was a BOSS! I was trained to up sale to offer a desert to read the order back and to have a smile behind the speaker.THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN HERE OR ANYWHERE! TIME MANAGEMENT IS NOT OF THE Essence HERE IT TAKES FOREVER TO HEY YOUR FOOD THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD GO.... "Hi welcome to Arby's, how can I help you? Would you like to try our new sandwich in a meal for $... Would you like that large size with a Pepsi? Would you like a cherry turnover? Would you like to add extra meat for? $$? Can I get you anything else? THEN READ THE ORDER BACK AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE. PERIOD
Dining room closed, food was warm not hot. Took 10 minutes for them to take our order with nobody inside. Manager stated today was first day dining room was open but you couldn’t eat inside.
What can I say, every time I go here everything is perfect. Fast service, never miss any of my items, which seems to be a very common thing in this town with other places. Keep up the great work at this location!
I would give a much higher rate but you won't open your doors for us and for that you'll get a low rating. Sorry!!! Open your doors it's time!!!!
Would give no stars if I could. They have been open drive thru only since the beginning of the pandemic yet it still takes 30minutes to get thru the drive thru. On numerous occasions they have been out of roast beef. Tonight they told me after I had already placed my order and waited 20 minutes they were out. Get home and the rest of my order is also wrong. Call and they manager yells at me to stop complaining it’s not a big deal and refuses to give a refund & hangs up. I will never be back
Good food fast but can't sit down and eat
After multiple not so great experiences lately I decided to try again. I love Arby’s. I let them know that last time I got food, my fries were not even warm. I asked if I could get fresh fries with my order and I would buy a large one. But I ended up with even colder fries this time. And the iced tea tasted like tea flavored ice water. The line was too long to go back thru and wait again. I ended up having to go buy food elsewhere shortly after. I don’t think I’ll be back again. :(
Good food and polite service, but always the slowest drive-thru in town.
I went through the drive through. They got the order exactly right. I have a pucky family so it was mostly special order. The food was good and the service was fast and friendly.
They got the best sandwiches in the fast food game. Not talking bout they hamburger either
