Takeout is thru drive through only. Restaurant door is closed. Deive through service is quick compared to other branches. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious ?. Wendy’s upping their game in spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets.
This location (although really under staffed imo) still is great! The night employees are super friendly and they get my order right 99% of the time. People make mistakes sometimes and hey, that's totally ok! The food is always fresh and hot when I get it and that's what matters! Always love going here when I get fast food and imo their fries stomp out McDonald's!
Everyone who works there has been friendly and they are normally pretty fast which is why I'll give 4 stars. Otherwise I'd say 3 since they slather lots of ketchup on even if you ask for it light. But that doesn't matter unless you don't like a lot of sauce on your burger.
I will say the food is really good... when you can get it. I work graveyards, and unfortunately, this location tends to close MUCH earlier than advertised (around 10-11pm) and quite often, due to staffing shortages. I understand the predicament; however, due to the fact that almost every time I have tried to get food here on my lunch, they are closed (I'd say they closed early 7/10 times for perspective in the past two months). I hope the staffing shortages can be fixed, and/or employees are able to stay until the advertised closing time, and I'll be happy to come back for lunch and update my review. Until then, I have been stocking up on lunches at the nearby Fred Meyer.
Working graveyards in the pandemic can be a frustrating situation when you are working long hours, happen to have forgot lunch/dinner today and then drive to a business that says it's open 6 different days only to find out that it closed early by a note on the drive thru window.This Wendys seems to close 2-3 hours early every day. I understand COVID has presented some staffing issues, but it's odd to me. If my team told our bosses we were leaving two hours early because so and so called out, we would be replaced. I would attribute it to OMICRON but this has been going on for at least a month so it seems like at the least, you could update your hours on Google and not waste people's time.Just my overall gripe, you should be open to the hours that you are listing online. Or at least update Google that you're closing early. There are very limited options past 10PM since COVID began, so driving to a location that's closed is frustrating when you hangry.So overall, i'd skip this stop if it's after 10PM or you're likely wasting a trip.
Unlike other fast food restaurants in the area, this Wendy's is a model of consistency and excellence. Every single time I come here, my order is accurate and fast. The food is always hot, fresh, and well-made. If you're wondering where to eat - this is the place!
Y'all know it by now! I love me some Wendy's! The breakfast biscuits are the best of any fast food you can get.
Ordered online and paid around 8:30PM one evening, when they still had 4 and a half hours to be open. When I arrived to the drive thru at 8:45PM, I was told they were closed and that there is no way to stop online orders. I was reassured that by the end of the night I would be refunded for my order since it would show up in their system that I never received the food. It was already inconvenient enough for that to happen, but I was understanding. What's upsetting is that it has been nearly two weeks now, and I was never refunded for this transaction.UPDATE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDY'S or at least never place an online order. I attempted to dispute the charge for the unfulfilled order and Wendy's denied my claim! I never received my order and they are claiming that I did. This is incredibly upsetting.
It's been a LONG time since visiting Wendy's last. It was fun to introduce my son to it. The burgers are consistent and delicious. Much better, in my humble opinion, than McDonald's and even some sit down restaurants I've been to.Watch for coupons as well. Really increases the value!
This location has the best employees. They always seem happy to assist and be at work. They also remember my preferences since I go there often. Also, use the app for coupons and points. I get free food quite often from just buying what I would buy anyway.
