When we got there a girl asked my husband and the group before us how many were in our party both of us had 4. She didn't write anything down but said it would be about 20 min. While we were waiting a family of four walked in as another girl came to the front asked how many they said 4 and she said they could seat them right away.My husband as well as the other group explained we should have been first and she apologized but said nothing was written down so she didn't know.We ended up waiting 25 min to be seated. Once we were seated we weren't asked about drinks for about 15 min. Once we got food no one came back to see if we needed anything. The staff was friendly but it seems like they don't have enough people working. Food was great but for the money you spend here the service needs to be better.
I've lived here for years and somehow never went to The Rock until tonight. I could really kick myself. I've been missing out! We loved it! Great pizza, helpful and friendly staff. Tonight was the first time my daughter has eaten an entire slice before. She usually just picks at toppings. She had a whole slice and started 2nd. We can't wait to go back!
The Rock is always so awesome. They have plenty of seating, which is good because they are always very busy for dinner. They're pizza is great. But they also have a wide selection of other American favorites such as Wings, Burgers, Pastas and other greats. Plus a good drink selection for those who partake.
The food and the pizza is really good. Fresh, crisp, and tasty. The calzone was similarly great.We'll definitely try to go there again inshallah. The next time, however, I'll lower my expectations on how fast the food comes, since it took about 30 minutes for two small pies.
This place is not what it used to be! I got the spicy bayou pasta and the portions are much smaller than before. Our service wasn't the best either and I had to ask for our waters to be refilled. Overall, I would come back and give them another chance with a different dish but I have lots of other options out there.
We ordered from Uber eats. They forgot our salad dressing and forgot to put bbq sauce on our wings….
The staff was polite and friendly. Good choice of pizzas on the menu. Interior is really nice, loved it.The dough they use for pizza is sweet, and that was a disappointment for me personally. But meats were delicious.The worst is wait time. We had to wait 20 minutes to be sitted at the worst table. 30 minutes wait to find out they don't have beer you have ordered. And wait for it, 1 hour to get your pizzas. Honestly? This is not a restaurant guys, just a fast food.Stuff was literally dreaming and chatting with each other on the floor. No rush at all. What for, customers can wait ...Even when pizzas are ready they would sit on the desk for 5-10 min for someone to show up and pick them up.Pick some other pizza place, don't waste your time and money.P.S. I saw a guy who dropped something while making pizza, he picked that up from floor, didn't wash his hands and kept cooking. No gloves either... You think.
Good pizza for the most part, the bartender fellow is cool.This place definitely needs a deep clean! Super dusty tables, seats and wall art. I was informed the mens restroom is disgusting, pee all over everything!
We came to celebrate my husbands new job, first drinks came out fast, and orders were taken quickly as well. After that is was 45 minutes before we saw our waitress again. No refills, no food, no check in. She forgot our appetizer, and that was brought out at the end of our meals so it was basically left in touched.On top of that, our nachos and garlic bread were burned to all get out, but we didn't have the time to ask for it to be remade.We noticed that she wasn't checking on any of her tables as we looked around for her. We were given a lot of attitude when she finally came back to us, we felt very unwelcome and wanted to leave as fast as we could. I wouldn't recommend and we won't be returning.
There Sunday between 12 and 2 pm. very poor service. Sat in Bae, waitress questioned drink choice, like we couldn't order it. She did not know what a Cosmopolitan was. We advised her that the bartender would. She never came back around to ask if we wanted to reorder. I has to track down bartender and order. No one around when we wanted to leave and pay. We stopped at hostess desk and waited for someone to notice us. EASILY could of walked out without paying. Had to wait for someone to pay. Lucky we ate honest people. They said the Manager left to another property. I believe they are very short handed but they didn't seem concerned about our service.
