Love the environment, yet this dining experience this time was v-substandard. The food was over-cooked, the salmon was very dry, everything over-salted and they went so far to put a green (not pesto) sauce spread over the entree dishes to mask the bad taste. This merely had us question what were they hiding and quickly discovered the below average flavors and presentation. To further add to the disappointing experience, the waitress only checked in with us twice over a 2 hours, 15 minutes and finally took our entree order 1 hour, 15 minutes after we initially sat down. The bartender then bailed out the poor service by the waitress and was very classy, yet no one asked us how our food was and certainly did not offer a meal credit for not finishing our meals, only if we needed a box. Unbelievable. Surprisingly, the waitress came back to our table 10 minutes before leaving to say “oh dessert, we’ll you can take it to-go” which felt like a corporate expression to sell more. Ugh. The only reason that kept us from not walking out was the kind, compassionate bartender and the live music. No thanks - too many other area restaurants that get it and strive hard to provide a good meal + experience. Forget this place -
The food was delicious, and the service for breakfast was great. We did ask how long it would take to get our food before ordering, since we had to go to work, but it did take twice as long as we were told. The shrimp and grits were good, but I could have eaten two plates. Not a great value for a small amount.
Delicious solid food, attentive staff, and a creative cocktail menu. Plus a cozy unrushed vibe that’s great for date night.

Excellent food for whatever meal you are expecting. Great for breakfast. Great for brunch. Great for lunch. Great for dinner. Fabulous drink menu, excellent staff. A favorite amongst Bothellits, you may have to wait a bit during peak hours. There is a semi private room for maybe a max of 6 or 8 that you can reserve and they often host live music and other events. It's a lot packed into a relatively small location!
My husband and I made a reservation and went for brunch today. The place was crowded and the ambiance had a loud music therefore workers and gusts were even louder. The number of workers. weren’t enough for the number of guests . So the workers were all over the place. Orders taking a long time. People in line to get in. So the waitresses started to ask people to leave because they had a reservation for the next guests. We were there less than 30 minutes. They brought a box and we went out in a hurry. The same occurred with 2 more tables. Unfortunately I don’t have any intention on coming back. The food was ok. We paid $53 without a tip, of course .
Unfortunately, this place did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend sitting at the patio in the winter (this was the only option available for us) there was a heater over the table and blankets on the chairs, but our legs and feet were freezing. I would have expected better accommodations from a place like this.The tables in the patio were small, they are coffee tables and our plates and drinks were cramped.We ordered coffees, there were some issues, one of the mugs had had lipstick from the previous user and most of the drinks were spilled over and messy.Most of us got that eggs benedict which were good.
This eclectic and gourmet restaurant in Bothell is a local secret. They serve all three meals with a happy hour that will satisfy everyone. The specialty cocktails make every meal an event. Very friendly and professional wait staff and owners take good care of their guests. I like the selection of fine whiskeys for after dinner. They have live music on occasion, too.
This a true gem worth the drive if you must. The decor is a beautiful Industrial Modern design that is warm and inviting. The best part of this local gem is the Customer Service!! I felt appreciated as a customer right away and reservations are highly recommended as others have clearly discovered how amazing this eatery is! One you come once, you will return over and over again!❤
