My friends and I walked there to order some food to go. When we got there, we tried to order to go and the hostess/waitress made it seem like it was a large inconvenience for us to order out versus staying and eating there. We had to say "no" about 5 times before she actually listened to us instead of just taking our orders to go.The food was good. My friend got a salad that, on the menu, said it had anchovies on it. The salad didn't have anchovies when she ate it.I understand that restaurants and pubs like to have patrons stay so they order drinks and pay more, but when we said no the first time, heck even the second time, just please stop. We felt extremely awkward the whole time and, as for me, it doesn't make me want to go to that restaurant again even with how good the food is.If they read this, please teach the staff to not argue with the patrons. It's just awkward and weird and no parties benefit anything from it.
We love this Bothell Main Street gem! Always a great vibe, awesome service and delicious interesting burgers. But tonight I have to rave about the nachos. The chef plainly understands the optimal balance of ingredients, heated perfectly. And every bite has distinct flavor. Together ... perfection! Already looking forward to our next visit.
My partner and I were looking for a new to us, local restaurant and we found The Bison. Wow. Cannot say enough good things about it. The vibe was cool and low key and the service was phenomenal. Nicholas was incredibly nice and friendly. He had good recommendations for food and drinks and nothing disappointed either of us. We ordered the brisket and ribs. So delicious and plenty of food for two meals. The ribs alone were HUGE, packed with meat and tons of smoke flavor. Cider and beer on tap were both fantastic as well. Absolutely will come back here. It’s awesome to have delicious BBQ and good vibes locally.
Came for lunch right when they opened and the place was very clean. Service was fast and pleasant. Git "The Beast" which had Bison, Elk, Wygu Beef... and something else in it and it was HUGE! Burger was very juicy and had great flavor . Also ordered the Trempette and it was a tasty sandwich. HOWEVER, the FRIES stole the show!! Wonderfully seasoned, nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Really fantastic fries!
The best vegan burger in Bothell! Great rotating selection of taps, reasonable prices, and a staff that goes above and beyond to satisfy a courteous regular. 100% reccomend. :)
Friendly neighborhood pub. Great smoked meat specialties like beef brisket, ribs and pork. Amazingly good steak fries too!Good beer selection with a few from across the pond. Full bar and happy staff. It's cozy and authentically 'old Bothell'!
Top of the line service and prices are choice! My burger was soo good I had to leave this review. Bartender was professional yet friendly. I love this place come one come all !!
Stopped by while passing through the Bothell landing on my bike on a beautiful day. The waitress Paula kindly let me use their bathroom even though I wasn't initially planning to be a customer. She gave me water as well and I decided to give the place a shot. I was not disappointed. I ordered the fish & chips, which tasted great. I am a big fan of the lemon squeezed onto fish which is then dipped in tartar sauce. The fries were tasty as well. Clean environment with nice ambience, country music, and an array of TVs showing soccer, boxing, and football. Indoor and outdoor seating. Next time I will try the bar. Just beware that as of yet there is no contactless pay such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
This is the kind of place I'd feel comfortable grabbing a quick meal alone or also have a few friends out for some rounds and some good snacks.I didn't order anything unique but the meals i seen coming out looked amazing. And the prices are really pretty great for what you get.They have a lot of seating too. Also outdoor seating front and back. It seems pretty family friendly as well.
First time there food was very very delicious they also had alcoholic drinks. Onion rings were dynamite really crispy and the onion stayed in the crust...lol I had wings and they were awesome. My daughter had sliders yummy!! Service was awesome..they conversed with you like you were family.
