Ordered food off uber eats. My receipt is on my order and they failed to give me my diet soda that comes with the meal. This location has had issues every time I order from them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Also uber won't refund you anything from this restaurant because they'd never make any money. This location shouldn't even be on uber eats.
If you're doing online delivery anytime past 11:00 p.m. do not go to this Taco Bell. They make everyone, including delivery drivers, wait in line. Even if the food is ready for your customer, they make you wait in line.Other than they just want to lose customers because they keep getting cold food over and over and over again. When I showed up the line was wrapped around the building, and an employee was standing outside the door, he could have easily just given me my order, instead he said he had no power and could do nothing. Literally every other Taco Bell I go to let's delivery drivers come in no matter what time it is.Absolutely no sense to make delivery drivers all wait in the line for meals that are already made and sitting on the counter ready to go. I don't know who's running that store, but it can't be an intelligent person.
They recently remodeled and the inside self-service ordering system is great. The food is about standard and what you would expect from Taco Bell and is consistent. My major complaint with this specific location is the drive through and wait times, this wasn't a one or twice fluke either, almost every time I visit this location the drive through is at least 20 to 30 minutes (typically visit between 5 and 7 PM).The staff has always been welcoming and friendly, had a few wrong orders but they've always corrected it with no issues. I hope they can improve the drive through times in the future.
Didn’t have taco fries sadly. They seem toBe sold out of a lot of menu items unfortunately…
I need to say Thank you to a wonderful kid who was working when I was was walking by the store. I was walking my dog and lost my poop bag. I went into the store and the guy behind the counter was super nice and gave me a bag along with some water for my dog and I. This is not common anymore. The kindness needed to be thanked! Thank you!
Be warned this location gets super BUSY Late Night! And once your in the Drive Thru it's a single lane so no turning back!I've picked up delivery orders here around Midnight in the past & spent a good 30mins in the Drive Thru before, that's when the line is "short" (4 or 5 cars)On one occasion by the time I was leaving the Location the line stretched from the drive thru all the way back to Bothell Everett Hwy.Not sure if they are just understaffed late evening's but definitely an improvement opportunity as wait times go..If people are willing to wait in that line, then imagine $$ if they actually pushed those orders through faster cause I promise you with a line that long they've definitely lost some business.
Unfortunately, they do not have enough staff to keep up with the high volume, at least on a Saturday night. Myself and multiple others waited over an hour for orders... However, I never saw the staff lose their cool at any point and they gave me my meal complimentary.
Imma put 5 stars. But I need this place to cut the quesadillas better. They gotta be slices, I can't be pulling them apart like a savage. In three weeks, if the quesadilla slicing problem is still going on, I'm taking a star away. The balls in your court.
WOW prices have really gone up and quality has gone down. I am disappointed. I used to come here all the time but I’m not sure I’ll be back. Not very senior friendly anymore. Must be because of Covid.
1. It’s so stupid that you have to order certain items through the app only2. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over half an hour now (still here as I write this). I am not mad at the staff who I’m sure are working hard, I’m frustrated at the fact that timeliness is not communicated, limits aren’t placed on folks ordering in the drive through, AND you get trapped in this drive through and can’t leave once someone pulls in behind you … will avoid this location in the future
