I order two subs today. Had my co worker run over to be told its not there. I check my account and was charged 22 dollars. I went over to inquire about my order and she preceeded to tell me my order was due at noon... being that wasn't my name or my order I was confused and showed her my order on the subway app and asked to make sure this was the right store and she told me yes. So I asked about my order and she said I didn't have one. I asked for a refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund. So I asked to speak to someone else about the situation, she told me no one was there. Like what the hell just going to charge me and not take care of the order. Great customer service. I want my money back.
Ordered on the app. When I got there they were closed. Called and someone explained that the hours on there are wrong and to come back the next day for my order. Came back the next day and they said they can't do anything, not to fulfill my order, not to give me a refund. Filled out the form on the website. Never heard from anyone. That was 2 months ago.
