We ordered the tofu hot pot, galbi, japche and veggie pancake. The banchan and other dishes were so good. The reason it was 4 instead of five is because of the service. The server forgot a drink order, didn't refill the banchan, came back 3 time to get the check but didn't take empty plates until asked.
Come prepared to spend $20+ per person. Although the food was fabulous. The Yukgaejang was perfectly spiced (although it didn't have any Gorsari). The side dishes were fresh and tasty. Also they had a fun variety of some side dishes I hadn't seen before. The service was great! The waitress was quick to help with drinks and checked in on us a few times while we ate. The food was served within 15 minutes of ordering.
A great clean spot for Korean food north of seattle. The place is located in a plaza with lots of parking and wasn’t crowded when we went during lunch on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and the menu was easy to read. While this spot is a couple dollars more than your average Korean restaurant, it was good and had large portion sizes. They give you a lot of meat in the soup which was a plus. I’d come back.
Good food and friendly staff. But I think this place is getting more and more expensive.Ordered a kimchi beef tofu soup, a combo of small kalbi and bibimbup, total price was about $55 tax included, and I tipped about 10% for takeout. I think it’s too pricy for a weekday dinner.
I first discovered Stone at the Redmond location. I'm very happy to have a location near me. The food is top notch. Good portions. Good prices. Order the fried chicken it's amazing.
Great food, staff is really nice and very helpful. May have never discovered rice beer (Yum) if it hadn't been for this place. Highly recommend the veggie pancake, as it's a great option to sharing for those with vegetarian significant others. Will certainly be visiting again, and look forward to our next visit to try other options.
We were very disappointed since this place had such good reviews. The banchan sides were pretty tasty. Pork bulgogi was very sweet, not authentic tasting at all. My husband likely got food poisoning from the bimbimbap. The interior was a bit run down and had a bit of a funny odor. We won't be going back - way better Korean Restaurant options out there.
Stopped by for dinner, this was my first time at the bothell location(usually go to Redmond) All I can say is wow! Service was amazing, food was hot, fresh, delicious and made to our own liking. If you are looking for a authentic Korean home-styled dining experience then I’d definitely recommend this place!
Always delicious and good side dishes, Stone consistently has fantastic Korean food.
Very happy with our first order from Stone! The food was excellent and well packaged. It was ready for pickup promptly. My favorite dish was the veggie pancake.
