I work at my primary job across the street from this location, so I frequently stop here for breakfast & coffee (my other job is at a different Starbucks), and it’s usually a disappointing trip. The drinks are never consistent, the baristas are burrowed in their work and look displeased to be there. I’ve never once been acknowledged past the register inside the cafe. Despite frequenting this store AND being a fellow partner, nobody ever remembers me except for one shift supervisor, who I am always delighted to see.I work this same job so I know how it goes. I understand the frustration of staffing and supply shortages. This store needs a morale boost or something.Do better, y’all!
I love the Starbucks in canyon park. The people that work there are really nice. As soon as I walk in the door they say hi to me and they always remember my name. It feels good to go somewhere where they treat me so well and are always so glad to see me. And there coffee drinks are always so good. And they have great breakfast sandwiches, fresh banana bread, and also fresh fruit.
My drink is usually the same I can go anywhere and get the same thing with the same taste. And if it happens that something is wrong and he Starbucks will replace my drink with something else or the same thing. Customer service is spot-on price is high for what you get but you pay for what you want.I'm no longer drinking this coffee, its too acidic fir me to stomach. My kids like the treats and we often receive a few $ on gift cards as thank yous. We won't stop going but have *significantly* reduced our number of visits and we won't spend our budget $$ here, just the gift cards we are given.

The employees at the Starbucks were so knowledgeable and attentive. I ordered a green tea latte with a splash of cinnamon and it was excellent.
I have been ordering like this since I first became a customer. never had a problem.However, I got fairly upset today. Since they are charging me extra for sugar and cream not only that but telling me what to order. On the Starbucks app it doesn't charge me for the extra milk so why are baristas giving me a hard time?
