Food was good.Why 3 stars: Ordered via phone. When went to collect the food, the person at the desk said, he never recieved the order. At this point we had already spent 45 mins to get the food.We waited for another 25 mins to get the same food.The same food when recurve via Doordash is done swiftly. I ask the resistant team to fix this issue to not lose customers.If Doordash is the only way, please don't advertise the phone number everywhere.
The worst biryani. No flavor, mutton was old and tasted bland. For spicy biryani they have just chopped some green chilies and topped. Waste of money. Need to improve the service.
Their food and ambiance is really awesome. This is the place if you're looking for spicy south indian style dishes.
It was an amazing experience at the Ruchi Restaurant. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and is well-equipped with all the information regarding the dishes which makes them trustable for recommendations. The Chicken 65 Biryaani is just exquisite! The authentic tastes of Indian spices make it extraordinarily delicious!
It's such a cherishing experience at the Ruchi Indian Restaurant to have their authentic Indian delicacies with such a spotless ambience. I liked their food so much that I ended up placing multiple catering orders as well with them. My favorite is their Chicken curries like Butter Chicken and Kadhai Chicken! Loved the experience and would surely recommend it!
We have been ordering from Ruchi for the past 4 years. While we had issues now and then, our recent order was a total disappointment in quantity and quality. When we called them about the issue, they didn't care. Our effort to get any resolution was not even considered. This review is not a make or break for them. But, they are losing one other customer. Restaurants do fail for a reason and not listening to your customers is one of them.
We liked the Goat Dum Biriyani a lot…Excellently cooked and highly recommended…One of the best Dum style Biriyanis we have experienced in Seattle area…
Ordered fried rice and chicken 65 to go, fries rice is above average a little heavy on the salt, ordered level 5 spicy but taste like a 2, 65 was nothing like a 65 tasted like some curry mixed with boneless chicken.
Food is tasty and restaurant is clean. Their catering service is also good.
We like Ruchi Restaurant! They have a great Dosa. Service is good and food was fresh although they are little short staffed but they do good job!We Ordered Dosa, Butter chicken, Poori and Mutton SukkaOverall I don’t see any problems with the place, service or deliciousness
