Always received good customer service from this RR location. Came here twice in last 10 days and second time, food took a little longer than usual to come out due to short staffing which is understandable in current market. Waitress brought out my fries and strawberry lemonade first while I wait for my food. My favorite foods are teriyaki burger, crispy chicken burger and pepperoni pizza. Their bottomless fries and strawberry lemonade are good as usual. Foods always came out fresh and hot. ?
Ordered CURBSIDE PICKUP, showed up 5min before scheduled time. When I called, they said food will be brought out when it's ready. 30min later my food was brought out COLD. Extra fries were also placed during order and none were given. Sauces were not even correct. When manager was made aware of this, they didn't even apologize for our cold food. Never going there again.
I really dislike this Bothell location. 90% of the time the order is not ready when I get there (and I usually get there on time, and expect to wait - I'm very patient). Today, I arrived at the est ready time. Called curbside, they said it was still being made. Waited 20 minutes (total of 45 mins from submitting it online) and watched multiple people pull in and out so I went inside. The young lady mentioned to everyone waiting, they were having a kitchen issue and were short staffed - so the wait time was a little longer. Fair enough. After a few mins of waiting and/or to be acknowledged personally, I looked over and my order is on the rack!!! I asked if we were just waiting for the drinks and she was shocked and asked if that was my order?? Really? At that point I checked the food, and it was already Lukewarm!! Not ok! My burger was pink too! I mean, I don't mind a little pink, but this was pretty damn pink! I have pics to prove! I didn't have time nor was I going to wait another hour to have it all remade.The other 10% of the time, they either forget something, make a mess of the sauces, or the food is flat out cold upon making it to my car. I know I've said this before, but I'm truly sticking with it this time, if I ever want a to go order from RR, I will drive the extra 15 mins each way and go to the Woodinville location. I've never had an issue there and they have more options on the online menu. I couldn't even order a strawberry milkshake, (unless I attached it to a kids meal, which I tried to but it magically didn't appear upon hitting "place order"), from Bothell location!#DoneWithThisPlaceForToGoOrdersI've always had a pleasant experience with dine in - but I will never do curbside/Togo again here
on the last nerve with red Robin. out of oranges, Chilli and ice cream machine down. food way too long to arrive. they just lost a loyal family of 10 years
We recently ordered To go from Red Robin from Bothell Everett Highway. order was ready on time and curbside pickup was so quick and helpful. Burgers and sides tasted good. I felt even for kid’s portions, mac and cheese quantity was less. kids juice in a leak-proof box would have been convenient
If I could make a 0 star rating I would. I placed my order through the app, 3 meals and an appetizer. It said it would take 40 minutes. I arrived about 45 minutes later and then waited another 15. That was fine, I understand places get busy. Not a real issue. I then drive home with my order and the egg on my daughter's burger is raw. The white part is not fully cooked. I requested crispy chicken on my wrap and it is grilled. I also paid extra for avocado so imagine my suprise when the avocado is brown. I pulled it out of the wrap and the entire avocado was brown. No green to it. I then drive back to have our food remade and 'just to be safe' they over cooked the egg so it is not over easy at all which is the point of the burger. I told them I did not want it over cooked or under cooked. I wanted it to be correct and that is all. I ordered my food at 7pm. It is now almost 9:30 and I am just getting home to finally have dinner. While I waited I began typing this and the manager decided to look at my phone and ask me if I was documenting this. I said, I am writing a review on Google. So then he wrote his name and associate manager and put it in my bag. Not sure why but his name is Colby. I will not be returning to this location. The second to last picture is the new egg. And the last is all of the brown avocado.
We were really disappointed with the service for pick up/curbside, especially since it was my son's birthday.We reached at the time it was indicated in email confirmation when our order will be ready, opted for curbside pick up. I should mention, we never received any notification from the app regarding progress of our order, considering we used the app to place the order. By wthe way, the app still shows out order as In Progress.After parking at the curbside parking lot, we kept calling for 10 minutes, no one answered. Frustrated, we went inside the restaurant (which we were avoiding due to crowd and no social distancing), there was no one to attend to pickup orders. Finally we had to stop one of the servers, and then got our order. Our order was ready by 8:25 pm, and we finally got our order by 8:50 pm. By this time, burgers and fries were so cold.The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing, it just spoiled our celebration mood and left a very bad taste.I just hope that you have better systems in place and honor your online orders in time. Also, your app needs updatingHighly disappointed customer
Trash place, trash staff, trash manager. I went to get a delivery and I was mistreated by the manager. they're only surviving because it's a franchise ps: i will never get back there as i delivery driver and costumer.
The pizza is so much better my kids will eat it for me it is the burgers and those amazing endless fries.
The service was so poor and when we eventually got our food it was cold. They didn't even ask if we wanted more of the supposedly bottomless fries. If you go to the one in bithel don't ask for Mac n jack beer. It tasted like they are still serving from the fist keg ever sold. Also had to go get our to go containers so we could leave
