It was my first time on this Qdoba location and at first sight looks like any other Qdoba restaurant but just when I started doing the lane, the counter guys give to me one of the best customer service that I've had before, they're were polite and super kind this kind of actions just add the special ingredient that make the food taste better!!!!. Totally recommend.
Never ate here just hung out after hours using their wifi and table with chairs- great customer service!!!
I went in during the lunch rush today and there were only 3 people working. The line was out the door to order, however I made an online order. The staff looked like they were working their hardest to make everyone happy, and unfortunately some customers were not having it. It’s heartbreaking to see people treated the way some entitled customers treat these employees when they are doing everything they can to speed things up and do it with a smile. Yes, my order wasn’t started until 15 minutes after the app said it would be completed, but within about a minute of me entering the store I was already addressed and assured my order would be made immediately. Our lunch was awesome today thanks to the people behind the counter. Everything tasted great, and everything was fresh.If you have a meeting to get to, stop bringing it up every 5 seconds to the people behind the counter. It’s not their fault you have poor foresight.

I ordered chicken bowl but they were out of grilled chicken so I had to order veggie bowl, chips & queso. I never had such a bad veggie bowl before. Chips smelled so bad, felt like it was made long back.
SUPERR SLOWWW!!!!!Theere was only 3 people infront of me.. it took me 25 minutes to get attended.At that american worker was there. Then this hispanic (MEXICAN) worker came and she was more as twice as fast!!So glad she got there
The food was good but service was a bit slow
First off - never had an issue here before, buut...Just went there for a quick lunch and ended up with a completely inedible package of slop. It was supposed to be "nachos", and the guy dumped tons of other stuff on there. The meat he put on there was bad, which he must have noticed because he immediately piled on more of it to cover the obviously bad parts, then piled on tons more gloppy cheese, so it's now more of a soup than nachos. Then he didn't put the lid on completely and it tipped over in my car - luckily it was in a bag, but still - completely inedible. Had to throw the entire thing away! Then I tried to call them to discuss, and after 2 attempts - no answer (and they were not busy when i left) What a complete waste of 12 bucks or whatever!
They took away the loaded tortilla soup which is my only goto entree with Qdoba and part of what makes it special. Would be my last time going to Qdoba until they bring back the loaded tortilla soup.
Poor services. Ordered online and when I arrived, they haven’t even started my order white it’s supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Once they started, the girl told me they are out of beef and can only do a replacement of chicken without even asking about refunding the price difference. Finally, although I ordered with instructions to add veggies, onions etc, the quesadilla comes out with only cheese and chicken…. Probably will never visit this branch again
