This location has really gone downhill. I used to order from here a couple times a month and found myself eating Potbelly more and more often because the food was so good. Lately, the last few times I’ve ordered, the sandwiches are a sloppy mess. Missing toppings, not toasted, soggy. Just bad. On top of that, my last two orders have been missing items. Missing soup and missing cookies and chips. It’s really sad. You can really tell when the people working there just don’t care at all. If I were the owner, I’d get this place turned around quick or they’ll find their business slowly dwindling due to persons like myself who will no longer order from this location. Also, what’s up with the app? No way to contact customer service or file a complaint? Their site just says call the store directly. A lot of good that will do if the person answering the phone is the one who made your crummy sandwich and forgot to include items in your order. No, I think I’ll share my story on google reviews instead. A real shame Potbelly!
Awful place to pick up food as a delivery driver and it's been awful for 2+ years. I had a fairly simple order I was picking up for an awesome customer. I politely went in line and someone asked if I wanted a sandwitch which I replied i was actually just picking up through an app for someone. Gave them the name and they said it was being finished wonderful! I asked if I should be by the pick up cubbies and a lady told me "ya: in a rude way because how dare I ask to try to make things convenient for them. I received the order significantly after the pick up time about 12 minutes and when I said thank you someone else just turned there back quick and walked away. In the defense of the store I did say after that :you guys really hate your drivers don't you" don't know if anyone heard it. I don't expect a lot from places when I get an order but I would hope for some respect if your rude and just treat me like an inconvience I can't trust that the food is right for the customer which can affect my rating. So long wait times and rudeness is the sum of it.If your not going to try for orders through apps and treat them like it's below you than turn off the machine. I know you can do it. Do it.
The Cuban, with modifications, was excellent. Very good (for a casual/fast service restaurant) and worth the 30-mile drive.
I had trouble ordering online. When I called, the employee said they would write my order down on pen and paper. This place really needs an ordering system for the employees. Most of the conversations went like “did you say onion, lettuce, tomato?” And the reply being “I did not say onion.” When I arrived for my order the cashier recommended I get in line and start my order because he wasn’t aware of my call. So werid! (My order was found) my perception as a first time customer was very poor execution. Good quality is good enough and as good as to be expected .
I love Potbelly! They make them just like they always have: delicious. Highly recommend getting the wreck sandwich and a cookies and cream milkshake if you’re extra hungry. Customer service is great as well.

It's a Potbelly. I like their sandwiches. I feel undue anxiety waiting in line. Like I need to be ready at moment's notice to answer a vital question. Lettuce? Yes. Anything else? Yes. Each question is a tiger waiting in the tall grass. The time I take to respond, the beast prepares its muscles, waiting to uncoil into my soft vulnerable parts. In a simple transaction of words, I am made a meal.But I think that's more about me and less the restaurant. On the other hand, starting to have fun with my reviews is probably a good step toward unwinding some of that anxiety.Potbelly Sandwich Shop: Inadvertently Therapeutic.
I have been lucky enough to work alongside Kristina and her team for over a year now and they have been absolutely wonderful. They deliver meals to a school nearby every week and make it a point to make sure students are fed for us. Even on days they were not scheduled to come out they always seem ready to help us. If you're in Bothell stop by and grab a sandwich from Kristina, Aubrey or anyone else working there and you won't be disappointed. 10/10 but google only lets you give 5 stars...
Very friendly staff and warm soup and sandwiches. We regularly enjoy the Mediterranean one.
We got our usual with the hot peppers I get the turkey and cheddar Kirsten got the chicken club and of course the sandwiches are fabulous I love come in here and I got a free dream bar dessert for my birthday too so that’s pretty cool
