I contacted the phone number to order for delivery 4 times. Each time my order was taken up to when payment information was required. That was when I was hung up on. Also every phone call wasn't aware of the previous special given to me. I was told it didn't exist. Last call I asked if there were problems with the phone system and again I was hung up on. This is terrible customer service. It's like since the pandemic there is an excuse out there that doesn't require appropriate customer service. I won't use Pizza Hut again. This was terrible.
Pizza hut is hiring out to foreign call centers and it takes 20 minutes to talk to the actual store on the phone using their main phone number. If you want to change something on your order, too late there's no way to contact them for the entire length of time it takes to make it.
Pizza and food were delivered that I didn’t order. The driver came back and asked for the food back and instead of returning it took it to the next customer. I watched him take it to a home a couple down from me. I could not reach the store to discuss the matter.
I ordered my food around 2:47pm and it said it would get to my house around 3:55pm. Then I checked my app and email and got this review that asked about my order and it said it would be here around 4:46 but then it never came. And I was on hold with them for 45 minutes but nobody answered.
My pizza was never delivered. When I called the store after waiting for 40 minutes past the delivery time, they informed me that my address was incorrect. I used the mobile app to order. Isigned into my account before placing the order. My address in my profile is accurate. I ordered this way multiple times in the past. I wonder how you got the wrong address with my order.
I would like my pizza to be warm or at least hot and cut all the way through it.
It was not fully cooked. Rado does not taste good. I am very disappointed that once again a pan pizza from this location was doughy and not fully cooked.
Be more mindful of what customers order and what gets delivered
It was worst experience with Pizzahut. We ordered a pizza after long time in pandemic and pizza from bothell pizza hut was really bad that we dont even want to eat any more pizza for long time. It was so cold like ice and all the veggies were burnt, we ordered 3 toppings pizza and all we got burnt black things on pizza, we cant we differentiate which burnt part was which veggie. I am never going to order from Pizza hut again specially from this branch.
