My order was missing a salad and they said sorry - no refund. The manager was going to call the next day but didn't. Emailed HQ and heard nothing. From the reviews I guess this is a terrible store and my experience matched the reviews I read.
Order was wrong. Called 2 days in a row and got 0 answer. Most likely won't order from here again.
Love their pizza but won't be back until they can mask up properly.
They were shorthanded and under a lot of pressure to get out lots of pizzas. They worked hard to make sure every pizza was made perfectly with lots of ingredients.
I've been coming here for years and they're service is simply falling well short. Don't accept online orders if you can't fulfill them on-time. Then you get the order completely wrong. If it's slammed I understand however it was a slow night and may start going to another location from now on.
It's take and bake pizza. It is what it is. Friendly staff doing what they can to sling out pizzas in minutes to their customers. Shop can get a bit grungy when they're busy but that's the price of fast-paced pizza craft.
The service us always friendly, and the manager mary jayne is always very friendly, and the pizzas are always made perfectly.
The help was wonderful, talked to us as he made a great hamburger pizza

They don't accommodate a person wanting a single serve item. It would be nice to have something on the menu that is $10 or less.
