We used to order papadillas from this location all the time. We ordered 3 papadillas for delivery for tonight and they all came in like the attached pictures. First we were already aggrevated by how long the delivery took. We placed the order around 5:30pm but we did not get our food delivered until 8pm. On top of that, the meatball papadilla was like half the normal size. I've never seen papadillas looked and delivered this way and I was so offended someone would actually make them this way this size, and expect the customer to accept it. Do these look like papadillas to you? Additionally, we never got any sauces that we selected with the papadillas. Someone was definitely slacking off tonight. Papadilla boxes were not even sealed either. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable.
Delivery was good. Pizza was not nearly as good as I’ve gotten from any other locations. Wrong crust. Most slices only had 1 or 2 chunks of sausage on it. 2 slices had no cheese. It was a large pizza. Very bad compared to other locations. Only gave a star due to delivery was prompt.
My door dasher just dropped off someone else cheesy bread instead of my pizza, after letting me know no one wears gloves while preparing the food...good job getting the soda correct though.
Had not had papa John's in 10 years or so, it's way worse than I rememeberd it. Would have been much happier with a frozen pizza. Garbage
I waited on the phone for 18 minutes for the Bothell store, they claim 10 of the minutes was a call center and then 8 min after transferring me to the store after they could not get the coupon to work!!! After 18 minutes I was hung up [email protected]! worst customer service from anywhere!!!I wish I could give them less stars.
As usual...the best. Never had a bad experience with this location from the staff, the pizza, and after the grubbage had finished.
Pizza was dry and no sauce, brand and cheese and toppings, had to add sauce to it…
I would give negative stars f possible. This store doesn't pay any respect to the online order. They just cancel the order on the fly. Doesn't send you a notification or call and will only tell when you are at store for pick up. Do not use this store.
