Super slow, even for rapid pick up. Always have some problem (oven not working etc). Also gave me a wrong order on a different occasion.Update after owner’s response- thank you for being open to receiving feedback. I dont need coupons or anything, you can make it up just by getting my order on time and accurately. Thats all that customers are looking for. Raised rating to 3 stars for owner being open to feedback. Will change it to 5 star if they consistently deliver on quality and time.

This has happened at the Bothell Panera ALL the time. I went today, got my bacon egg and cheese on Asiago bagel and I get a sausage instead of bacon. I hate sausage so someone else at work had a nice breakfast. Every 3 times I go, they mess up my order. Not sure at this point if it's on purpose.
The carriers in the drive thru are consistently rude and I don't understand why - no matter how nice you try to be while placing your order and paying.Panera's has continued to hike their prices and Reduce their serving sizes.
Once again, our to-go order was wrong. Though they finally put the right number of times in, 2/3 of the order was wrong. Gave us 1/2 Baja and 1/2 Mediterranean bowl all in the same bowl - didn’t bother to let us know they ran out of ingredients (until we took the order back) and salad had things on it I asked to be taken off. Did credit for the wrong dishes, but that doesn’t make up for the time driving back and forth on a work day.
The food was just okay. The sandwiches looked and tasted slapped together. The French Onion soup was pretty salty and didn't taste great. It wasn't that busy. To be fair, they must be understaffed. The employees seemed to be busy and hard working.
It’s been awhile since I have had Panera, I remember it being quite good last time. This salad was just shy of $20 delivered. First thing was the presentation upon opening the bag, Greasy fingerprints all over the container and the avocado half smashed out. The bottom of the bowl looked like soup and this is where most of the rotten lettuce was. Had hoped to salvage it as I was quite hungry but couldn’t stomach it after I continued to find more and more. Chicken had quite a bit of fatty pieces to it.Will not be reordering again from here.
I accidentally placed a breakfast catering order for the wrong date and time and they GENEROUSLY returned on the revised date/time without any additional charges. I was ready to pay another $280 for my mistake, but they showed me a lot of grace and understanding. Unbelievable!! Much appreciated!! We use them for all of our company meals. Kudos to this cafe!

Ripping off! Salad used to be served double the size for $11, now it’s half portion for $8.55. Who do they think they’re, it’s salad not rocket science. After many years of being customer with them, it’s time to support the local business; not robbers.
Sandwich had next to nothing on it. Very disappointed in the quality of food provided by this location.Had the same sandwich at a different location last week and the bread was actually covered with the chicken salad.
