Ordered Andhra special daal, kadhai paneer and garlic naan. Daal was almost just boiled daal, there was huge amount of oil in kadhai paneer, and was floating. Had to remove 2 table spoon floating oil before eating. Garlic naan was also sub par.
This place is a fraud! I just ordered dinner online and only after paying for ldid a message come up saying my order will be ready at 10:15am tomorrow. I ordered pickup TONIGHT! I will be at the airport tomorrow. Now they've stolen my money and won't answer their phone. It's a total scam and now I have to go call my credit card company, and I still don't have dinner tonight! Avoid at all costs!
We ordered food for a catering event and the experience turned out to be pleasant ! The food was great; all our guests enjoyed it. The quantity was sufficient and cost was reasonable. The person who assisted us with the order was very polite, timely and responsive.
Ordered a family pack of mutton biryani. It has about 15 pieces of very small meat. For 43$, one should get more meat and instead of filler rice. Also, ordered chicken 65 biryani. The biryani rice between the two biryani was the same. So they are not different preparations. I liked their mutton biryani before and this was definitely different from the previous times. There may have been an ownership change. They have a banner on the door stating “ Hyderabad Biryani Cafe pick up here”. Also, people working there seem new.
If i could have selected zero stars i would have.The food is actually great. Ordered 2 days in a row via door dash. Both times there was hair in the food.Foods great, but obviously not a sanitary restaurant
This place is a true gem ?If you are looking for tasty Indian food, this is highly recommended.I had gobi Manchurian and Podi uttappam. It was really delicious.The only drawback is no upbeat dining experience.
Restaurant NAMASTHE keeps up spirit of Indian food away from India, but needs improvement.Good food, specially Dal Makhani and Kadhai paneer. Need to improve on Indian breads though. Overall good place for takeaway.
I called them to place an additional order and the cashier was extremely rude . Quoting him” if you want to pay more u please order from uber eats . If you call and order who will pay!?” The audacity !Such sub standard people running the business in bothell. So much for supporting local businesses. Never going back there!
Absolutely disrespectful staff! Such rude staff. Called in to place an additional order apart from ubereats . When asked if i can place order over phone he says “ if u want to pay more order from Uber eats . Else order from my website. If you order on phone who will pay !? “ What sort of customer service is this? So much for supporting local businesses . We are never going back there.
Quality of food is pretty random. The spice level on our last order was extremely high though we ordered mild.
