Very impressed with the staff here! We came in and they were very busy. More so with online or call-in orders than in-person. It can be very hard to honor first in, first out orders when you have people standing in front of you getting grumpy. The staff handled jerk customers with grace and professionalism. Our order was correct and tasty!!

This location now only cares about online order, I went to the store and waited for more than 1 hour in line until I reached to the counter and only found out they continuously taking online orders and letting a long line of people waited , I was then standing there in front of the counter for another 15 minutes while nobody even looked at me or have the intention of taking my order , instead they kept working on online orders . My points are simple, if you can’t handle it , tell people before they wasted their time. Staff are rude , when I complained they are not taking my order , they said “ we just had a lot of online orders “ , like they did nothing wrong and didn’t even bother to apologize

Pizza on a cracker! I've been eating here for a while now but recently gave the salads a try. Glad that I did!! I ordered the anti-pasta salad with ranch dressing and a mod size pizza for lunch. Total was around $20 and I got at least 1/2 pizza leftover for later. Salad is huge! Lots of everything and entirely customizable. I'm so glad that MOD carries alternative cheese shreds (Daisa, I believe is the brand). Awesome experience and will do it again!

Me and my friend went here after driving through the Cascades all day. They had about 12 employees working and we made eye contact countless times. We waited about 15 minutes while they made about 8 online orders, we decided to just leave. When we began walking out one guy told us to 'come back, what can I get started for you?' We ignored him and went to the Rock instead. 1 star for customer service and a sketchy customer.

I ordered from here and was given the complete wrong order. They somehow missed all of the toppings I'd asked for but got the ranch correct...? I called a few times to try and see if there was a shortage, but was left on hold for about an hour and then when I was finally able to speak to someone, I was hung up on. I wanted to be nice, but I am no very frustrated, I spent a good amount of money for this pizza, and now it is wasted. Very sad.

These guys ain’t pushing ?️. These suckas gave me trash pizza bro raw as my ?️Ss crack bro super raw and trash all the topping was all over the place it was so raw it was rawdogged bro they didn’t even wanna give me my money back OR give me a new pizza MANNNN it’s the mark of the beast so trash man I going to dominos pizza next time at least they pushing ?️.

Very very disappointed! Piss poor quality control this place has when they send out burnt pizzas that taste like cardboard. Pretty embarrassing when you have a “trendy” pizza franchise that Little Cezar's could wipe its butt with. I won’t be returning.

Fast, fresh, delicious and being able to customize right before the pizza goes into the oven is a big plus too... your pizza your way right away, that is the successful model that millenials and gen z types expect and gen x accept... and standard template pizza types by name for boomers.

I was so excited to order from mod for the first time! We purchased 4 pizzas, salad, cheese bread, pop. The cheese bread had no cheese.. The pizzas were burnt black to a crisp and had hardly any cheese on them either! I emailed the store and provided feedback and I submitted pictures of their pizzas in the email and on the survey.MOD Pizza emailed me and said sorry. That was their resolution.I spent nearly $100 with tip and delivery fee. Not again.

DISGRACE!! 2 pizzas were ordered ahead of time, due to the cold weather we were running behind because had to jump start my vehicle. If the pizzas were made as ordered as over phone ticket would be, then there is ZERO reasons as to why I couldn't get my 2 pizzas with 3 min to closing. I pulled in and the store was already almost fully mopped, fine, the food was being wrapped and put away, fine. The oven was still kinda on and prob on cool down cycle, fine. But where were my pre-ordered pizzas? The door was locked ahead of 10pm, and the 3 workers did everything they could to not make eye contact. I wrote a note and placed it upon the glass stating (my sister who needs to eat at certain times for health reason), had already ordered over phone . I kept getting shrugged shoulders and ABSOLUTE disrespect for the fact I arrived at 9:57pm nd tried expressing to them that I'm not a walk-in who needs something freshly made, I just needed to pick up my ordered food AHEAD (yet close* to closing time The last gesture was a guy with a beanie on and short brown hair with a short beard *I'm assuming a shift manager* tapped his watch, came to the door and claimed couldn't open door since already locked...which is a lie. He repeated the gesture to me as well while my sister stood by door with confused look *she doesn't always understand. We come here often, her especially *3-5xmo) and this was such a disgrace to a company I hold in such high regard. If they did their jobs accordingly, would have been able to just open the door, ring her up and been on the way and been out of the store before actual closing time at 10! The smiles behind the beanie, bearded guy was so irritating and smug, I don't even know if I'll ever be back. Oh, and they were still working at 1045, so it's not like helping her would've kept them ?. Happy holiday spirit MOD employees from 12/8/2021 at 9:57pm
