I did not go to McDonald's today. They have not been open for inside dining for about two years or more. They closed when the pandemic first started. They have had only the drive up open for a long time. So you have to have a car to go there. If you take the bus like I do , to save on gas, you are not welcome at McDonald's. UPDATE: I went to McDonald's today. They finally opened the inside for dining in. They have remodeled since the last time I was inside, which was before the pandemic started. It looked nice and it was good to finally be able to go in and sit down to eat. But since the Starbuck across the parking lot stayed open during the pandemic I have gotten used to going there instead.
Gone there now 3 times. I ask for no pickels no onion. What do I get every time ...... pickels and Onion. Why am I waiting for my order that consistently incorrect?
I used to hate this location. I am fairly confident in recent months - half a year there has been new management. They are still sticklers about their amount of sauce they give but they give speedy service - rarely “old” food and Ruth was super sweet fixing a mixed up order. Workers seem to be much happier than when the previous manager was there. Take care of your employees and they will care for your customers.
These guys are horrible. Multiple issues at this store. I was yelled at for ordering a bic mac and substituting beef for filet fish. Then was told its ok we'll do it. Then they didn't do it and just have me a big mac. Lol...I've done this at other stores but this one on 2 separate occasions has been a bad experience. I come here because kids want fries but Im done with this one.Why cant I substitute beef for fish and pay for it???? Its really good.
This McDonalds is exceptionally well. Hot and tasty food, well prepared drinks, nice and friendly staffs.
Wow today was the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I go here a lot. The male that was about in his twenties that claimed to be a manager at this location walked away after stating they’re didn’t have our mobile order. We checked the location it was the correct location the last time this happened there a code we provided to the manager and the female manager typed in the code and we got our order. The manager tonight said the code was too long and not the correct code we read the one the app advised us to use for the crew member we even showed him where it said provide this to the crew member upon arrival and instead trying to figure out the solution to this issue the way the previous manager had in the past, this person walked away and said “we don’t have it. “ This is by far the worse experience I have seven had at this location. I have never had a problem with any employee here before but this was the highest level of disrespect. I was most definitely upset because I had walked through the process at this very location with another employee who knew exactly where to input the code and I was able to get my reward and value meal. I do not know the name of the manager that was there February 2 2022 at around 6:50 pm, but I pray that this location still has the sweet lady that helped me work the mobile order because this other manager is by far the worst employee at this location I have ever dealt with. And I have been going to the location on 17th ave since it opened.
It's ok, they do a pretty good job usually. The fries were nice & hot! Their spicy chicken sandwich is really good! I really like their app, free food with points & online coupons!! I also really like that the receipt has buy 1 get 1 free for doing their survey! This is my go to restaurant, the best of the McDonald's in a 1 hour radius.
This was the worst experience I have had at a McDonalds. I always treat my mom & her husband (both in late 80’s) to McDonalds when I take them to an appointment. In this day we were in Canyon Park so stopped here. It was very busy and I know people were trying but it was an epic fail. First the person who took my order spoke so fast I could barely understand. But fortunately I could read the display. Order was a cheeseburger with fries plus chocolate shake & a hamburger happy meal with iced vanilla coffee. I get to the payment window and she said something about two cheeseburgers. She also spoke really fast. I told her what my order was and she just looked at me, grabbed my credit card and off I went. I got one bag containing two cheeseburgers with and order of fries (dumped at bottom of bag), a chocolate shake and the coffee. Never,ever again will I go back there
really like it here.super young staff that are always fun friendly and quick service.most efficient and an all around good experience.
Best fries I have had from McDonald's in awhile. Also always really fast here. Thanks to the staff :)
