Clean n friendly but holy crud, this is a $13.00 sandwich. I asked for no mayo but no other changes..ingredients were fresh but that is only an assumption as very little of them ended up on my over priced white breadI’ve been seeing their commercials for years wishing we had one close. When the opportunity came up I stopped in. I won’t be back.I saw the auto response. I thought I was prett clear about what happened, n please don’t attempt to placate me with resubmitting the same info to keep your positive response numbers up.
Bought 3 sandwiches. Seemed ok. It's expensive but at least on the route home
There customer service is some of the worst and the managers never wanna deal with the complaints of their incompetent staff. Do better!
The manager Richard was very rude to me. I can not believe they conduct business this way and I will not return.
Order placed at 11:51 AM, finally arrived at 12:52 PM. Driver did not follow instructions to call for pickup upon arrival, causing more delays. Sandwich is soggy (as you'd expect if it just went for an hour long drive around town)
The rudest CHILDREN that work there. I placed an order for delivery and over an hour went by so I called to make sure they received my order and he said we’re really busy and hung up on me. Iv never been so angry. Get your customer service together.

Absolutely horrendous had an awful time here food was horrendous didnt even melt the cheese sandwich was cooled and depressing 0/10 never wanan eat here again
Asked for peppers on my cuban. Register said they're out of peppers. Girl behind the counter said "well the cuban doesnt come with peppers anyways" in the snottiest attitude ever. Asked for a little extra ANYTHING to make it right, let's be honest the peppers are awesome. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF PEPPERS!? their lack of not trying to make my food right was unsettling as well as the attitude. I'm no millionaire but I know its common sense for business; if you're out of something you're famous for, you need to do something else to sweeten then pot for your costumer to make it right. This place just lost my business. I'll go to subway across the street from now on.
Ordered food via app at 11:15am and food was not ready when I got to store - had to wait 5 minutes. Also, sandwich was just ok....
