So after Grubhub royally messed up the order I placed here (they said my order was ready, but it never even showed up on the tablet at Jet City), Jeff made sure I was taken care of. He was able to rush my order through and made sure I got out of there with what I had previously ordered.As for the pizza itself, it's good pizza, not amazing but not bad for what you pay for. Bread sticks were tasty but a bit thinner than I expected. Hot wings are fairly standard pizza place wings. I'm not disappointed in what I ordered, but what really stood out was the customer service I received from Jeff. He apologized for the mistake that grubhub caused and asked me what he could do to make it right. He was polite and patient, despite getting phone calls and online orders left and right.
I love coming and getting pizza and the fresh hot grinders here they are always AMAZING!!!! Although I do miss seeing Brittany when I came in she was a hell of a worker! With that being said everyone that works there is always so friendly and so upbeat!

This was easily the worst pizza I've ever had. Husband who eats everything stopped eating mid-slice and threw it away Texture was disgusting on both the thin and cauliflower crusts. Undercooked maybe? The toppings didn't really contribute anything to all 3 pizzas we ordered. No joke, I couldn't even eat one slice before throwing two of the pizzas away. Good thing we stopped eating because we were in the bathroom pretty quickly. And they forgot my salad, which might have been the only edible part of dinner. ?
We got delivery and it was fantastic! The customization is top notch. They let me put completely different sauces on different sides of the pizza. I got an extra sauce, half BBQ chicken, and half meat. Both kinds were amazing and at only slightly more $ than dominoes.My wife got Gluten free and she was very happy. She's had a lot of different gluten free crusts and most are deficient in some way, but this one wasn't! Also it was available in large which is unusual (usually gf options are only the small size)

Both times I have tried to order from this Bothell location my order has been wrong with no response or explanation/offer to make it right. Last night pizza was completely wrong and delivered cold and 40 min late. Unacceptable and won’t order again as nothing was done to fix the delivery issue or ruined order.
I absolutely love their beer batter pizza crust.
Wanted to try it because it’s close by, 20$s for a tiny pizza, and let me tell ya this is the most foul creation to ever touch my taste buds dough was raw, i got mine with pesto and the pesto tasted like i was eating plants out of bog. The cheese, dear god the cheese is that cow okay, the cheese was like rubber. Please don’t waste your money here, over priced and vile.
Very friendly, incredibly delicious. The pizza was delicious, the crust is amazing and you can definitely tell you're getting high end ingredients. Also got the bread sticks and loved them, their dough is out of control. Everyone working was really friendly and it was all around just a great experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!
