I still haven't picked up my order yet, but as soon as my Mother and I stepped through the door, Anthony not only greeted us so warmly, but took extra care that our order was exactly how we wanted and it really made for a nice experience overall. I normally don't go to Jersey Mike's but I will definitely return to this location again for the excellent service!
I ordered a giant number 7 sub, snickerdoodle cookie and a brownie. I'm not some fatty getting two desserts for myself. I had a coupon on uber eats for spend 25, save 20 and my giant sub was only 20 and I still needed to spend another 5 bucks! The brownie was 3 bucks and the cookie was 3 bucks. The sub was phenomenal. They loaded it up with plenty of meat and assembled it and packaged in fantastically. The brownie was a great size for the price. Wrapped in a paper towel and in the microwave for abit and it was totally worth the 3 bucks, would order again. The snickerdoodle cookie was absolutely not worth it. Absolutely 5 out of 5 and will be trying all of the subs they offer! Just went into Jersey Mikes for the first time ever. It was super busy but the workers were super nice and even helped me pick out a sandwhich! Compliments to everyone working the evening shift June 26th 2022 :)
They kinda slow. Did online order and showed up and still not made. Had to wait 15 min past pickup time given…. Just be ready to wait if ordering to pickupEdit update 5/9/22. last couple times was much better and food was ready when it says it was going to be ready by. upping to 4 stars
Placed an order for two subs. One was made promptly, and wrapped, I paid for both sandwiches. A worker finished an order at the grill, packages an order and moved on. No one acknowledged me. 10 minutes later they started to make the second one. I don’t know if it would have been delicious because I donated the cost of that second sandwich when I left without it because I didn’t have time to wait.
Ordered pickup through door dash. They didn't start making the sandwich until the last minute.They only gave me half a sandwich when I paid for a whole one. Called them about it and they suggested I'm lying about it. Terrible service here. Go elsewhere.
Went to pick up with doordash asked to use the bathroom they told me it's for employees only even though they had people dining in and eating in store which they can't do it's a health code violation if they're serving food in store to dine in they have to have the restrooms available for people to wash their hands and be clean and safe I'm calling to health department on these guys.
They have the very best sandwiches. Nothing beats their chipotle mayo
Very unprofessional and rude. Then a employee was cleaning counters with their hands then touching people's food and putting cheese back in the case. Had to wait over a half hour after app said my food would be ready.
When I come here I know I am getting the sub I l love. Yes, can taste little greasy sometimes, but on all the rest JM making good subs.
